No. I got it off of bestbuy.com. They don't have a large clear picture of the plush's up, but if you go there and view the online weekly add, you can see a very small picture of both of them. I wish I had it already! lol

I'm buying the soundtrack, too. I never owned it and I bought the Cinderella one last year when I got my DVD. I have Under the Sea on a tape that has "Its a Small World". That's the only way I have Under the Sea and I THINK Part of Your World.

Flounder looks adorable! (Saw it in the weekly ad online) I already have a crab plush that I named Sebastian, so I definitely want Flounder.

GAAAHH!!! SOOO MANY PLACES!!!

Ive already pre-ordered it at the disney store and disneyshopping.com. and seeing those pins just makes me want that too. Im also interested in the Ariel and Eric dolls at target, does anyone have a pic?

Why do I see myself ending up with about 5 copies of TLM?

And I just remembered about the 2 gameboy games coming out which I want to get.

TLM is draining my wallet.

Is the special edition soundtrack only at Best Buy? I can't seem to find it anywhere else online. Not bad for $12.

Disneyshopping.com has it up for pre-order. I don't know what the deal is with online retailers, but it is available everywhere. Someone on this forum got it early at Target. I think Best Buy is one of the few stores that is advertising it, probably because they have such a good price on it. But you should be able to find it anywhere that sells cds and I wouldn't be surprised if it shows up on amazon.com on Tuesday.

Wal Mart and Target listed as $15

Post by Drawken »

I just went to the Wal Mart and Target web sites and they both have The Little Mermaid listed at $15.
I don't know if that means it's the in-store price though.
When Charlie and the Chocolate Factory came out, the 2-disc Special Edition was listed on the Wal Mart web site at $16 when in store it was actually $22.
I really hope this isn't the case, since Wal Mart is just down the street and Best Buy is a 20 minute drive away.

I bet it is $15 at both stores. CATCF had two editions, so Wal Mart could have easily switched the two prices by mistake on their website.

here is a picture of the Best Buy plushes...

I am so irritated -- I preordered my copy of TLM like 5 days ago at BestBuy.com and I got $5 off of my preorder of TF&TH -- but now all of a sudden they are offering these plush with the preorder of TLM and I wasn't even offered a plush at the time I did my preorder. Grrr haha. Oh well, one less item for me to store.
Anyway, there's the pic.

I think I will be buying my copy at Best Buy for the free plush toy. Every year Future Shop gives out "steelbooks" and I don't have much use for them. Thats what I got last year with Cinderella.

Went to Best Buy around 11am and they were fresh outta Flounder plush. I asked and the guy there said there was a line for TLM when they opened. I grabbed a Sebastian and went to wait in line. I noticed there was a flounder at a register and asked if I could buy it alone and they girl told me they were 9.99 alone. HOLY COW! I just switched for Flounder.

Tons of people were buying TLM. I believe it's gonna have awesome sales.

I bet my Best Buy is fresh out of plushies. Oh well, at least I'll get the movie today, I hope, if my mom ever comes home and gets it for me.

The line at our Best Buy, or the one that I went to, we have two in Wichita, was down the block a ways, and I was about 20th in line at 10 a.m. They had a great display in the center of the store with all the different versions available and the plushies were all in a center bin. I got both plushies because I bought the Deluxe Edition and the regular $14.99 two-disc edition. There was definitely not going to be a shortage of plushies today, but who knows about tomorrow.

I got my plushie (see my avatar for what it looks like) @ Best Buy & two dvds w/ lip gloss bracelet for my two oldest nieces (they are cousins).

I think they'll run out of plushies before the end of the week, though.

I was there just a little after 10:00 AM.

Went to Best Buy at around 2 pm to get the Little Mermaid. Got the Sebastian plush with it. Can't wait to watch it, especially the Little Match Girl and the virtual ride. Also picked up a Care Bear figure from the gumball machine on the way out. Very cute! 50 cents. I got Cheer Bear. Finally found the Galaxy High DVDs there too, but they only had volume 2. I want them badly though, and only 6.99! They had them in the Anime section!

I litterally just got back from Best Buy and Barnes and Noble....and YES, I did pick up TLM!! :D :D :D :D :D I am soooo happy!!!! whoooo!! and (despite what they told me on the phone), they still had the FLOUNDER PLUSH!! (from what I could see, yes, they did run out of plushies, but they opened a new box of them, and so I got a Flounder! (the told me 2 hours before I went to pick up my copy of TLM that they had no flounders, and only 6 Sebastians left...but flounder was WAYY cuter!) my life is now complete! and Flounder is soooo cute! :P

Anyway, I'm planning on watching TLM tonight....possibly within the next few minutes...to finally watch it after around a year of abstinince from TLM!! so, i'm excited.

And congrats to everyone else here who mannaged to buy the set today!!

I just picked up my copy from Best Buy a couple of hours ago and they were down to just a couple of Sebastian plushes and about 10 or so Flounder plushes. The plushes themselves were fairly small, and the Flounder stripes were semi cheap looking. I personally chose Sebastian. So if you want to plushes I'd suggest going at store opening tomorrow.
