WDW Ride Question

Post by bennyb98 »

I hate to post a random, what was the name of the ride question but here it goes. I remember from my trip to WDW in 1996 that there was a ride in Disney/MGM Studios that was like a movie tour, you went through different movies and had parts of them acted out before you, like one part was the spaceship from Alien and another was munchkin land from the Wizard of Oz. Anyone know the name of this and if it is still open? If I recall the ride was water based (i.e. the cars floated in a canal during the ride)

LOL! I used to think this too and then I freaked out when I was older and saw they are just tram cars rolling over concrete! I think a water based ride would be cooler, but the part at the end where all the trams line up to watch the movie at the end would be somewhat of a problem in an enormous pool of water.
