If I were you, I'd wait for the DVD. The excitement building up to it will be worth it October 3rd. But it won't be the same if you've already watched some of the stuff before hand.

But nachonaco will have some problems getting the DVD because her/his parents don't want him/her to have it. I can understand he/she is craving for any info.

Sorry i'll have to say no.
Disney will not be keen with me posting actual clips from the movie or features.

I already said the slip cover DOES NOT open.
the PE header on it is shiny metallic turquoise.

I see, I take it all back then. I used to have that problem with my parents, but it is <b>my</b> money, and it's not like I'm buying drugs or anything. I'd say the moment the cashier hands you the bag with TLM, take it out of the bag and rip open the wrapper so you can't return it.

Considering the copy I'm planning on buying is going to be in another state....

This is my plan:

Get Family Guy because I want it anyway.

Ask cashier to double bag, and then I'll place the bag with FG in the bag with TLM, so that they overlap.

I think we already got a Peter Pan upgrade but no Hercules since the "limited edition" it is one of my all time fev. i want a 2 disc of that movie first!!

I'm usually home by myself a lot, so there we go.

that and I move out in about a year anyway.

I don't need to watch it every day.

That and I have the movie on my comp, but am buying it for the bonus features, so I can watch the features (Which'll probably take about 1/2 hour).....I can make it work.

What is up with the pictures of a atraction? are they going to build a Little Mermaid dark ride? i know one was in the planning stages a long time ago, but are they actually going to go through with it now and that is jsut a preview?

oh man, i can't wait for october 3rd!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No. They were going to build one, but it never saw the light of day, so what they've done is take the Imagineers' concept ideas and animated them as a bonus feature and show us what it what a ride-through of the ride would actually look like if it were made.

Actually, nachonaco, my parents are EXACTLY the same way. They absolutely dont understand why anyone over the age of 10 would like Disney movies....I've tried explaining it to them time after time, but they don't listen to me. They will just never understand that I not only love Disney for nostalgia purposes, but also because I truely do consider Disney animation as ART...being an artist myself, I reallly respect the amount of effort put into each animated (not Just disney!!) film!! My parents also see my love of DAC's as being some sort of "phase" that I will get over, and they think i will severely regret spending 100's of $ on Disney DVD's.

Ok, now that i'm done with my little rant about my parents....

I really wish you the best of luck nachonaco!!! I know how hard it is to live with parents like yours seem to be.

I think the main question is, do your parents keep tabs on your DVD's? (or, will they notice TLM's sudden appearance??) My parents, for example, don't even know what DVD's I have, let alone the Disney ones. If i were to ask them which ones I have, they could probably name like five by memory, and without looking. I use this greatly to my advantage....cause I have to buy ALL my Disney DVD's without my parent's knowledge...unfortunately.

I really wish I didn't have to do it, but I really don't have much of a choice.
So far, in this summer alone, I've bought 4 Disney DVD's without my parents noticing..

One thing I've noticed that many here say (repeatidly) is WHY do they not like you buying disney dvd's? And, (as 271286 put it), It's not porn. First, you guys have to understand that many people (not just parents) still haven't gotten past the whole thing of Disney Animation as being JUST for kids. When I tried to explain to my mom that Snow White was created and intended for not just kids, but for everyone, and for people of ALL aged, then she starting laughing and arguing with me. And I think MANY people still have that mindset. Some people just refuse to see movies like TLM as more than entertainment for little kids. Those types of people dont see animation as art....what-so-ever. Sometimes, I don't think people see a difference between Tarzan and Teletubbies......

There are some images that risked to be alterated

Adding the famouse "strange" shape of Sebastian on the wedding cake and the priest's knee on Eric-Vanessa's wedding.

Mike basically did tell us where to find the easter eggs. If you look in the new pictures he recently posted, the menue for "Treasures Untold: The Making of The Little Mermaid" is posted three times. Each shot shows a different easter egg highlighted on the menu, so that is where you find them. I personally would rather have what the easter eggs are be a surprise. I'm sure the eggs aren't hard to highlight. It's probably a matter of going right for the snorkblat, down for the other one (I can't remember), and left for the dinglehopper.

Does the DVD have the Jonas Brothers on it?? I thought that song was exclusive to the SE soundtrack...
