Actually, I just slowed down the audio with the slow down video effect feature on Windows Movie Maker.

Kram Nebuer's Musical Madness!

Post by Disney Duster »

Well, Kram Nebuer, you've done some other nice work. "I Don't Really Like You" was very funny to me, and I laughed out loud at "Take that, Gaston!", like she's battling him with the mirror, or like she's saying "The Beast is the one I love, and he is hotter than you!", or something. Then, there was also that great newspaper effect in the beginning! Awesome, awesome! Though I don't get why their relationship would be big news. Restraining order? And as for the end, I think you could have made it so the Beast was given more time showing his anger at Gaston, because he doesn't really like Gaston either. That would be a super funny ending, which you sort of half-did.

"Disney Dreamflight" is a perfect title, because the whole theme of flying went through the video. It certainly was a better medley than the princess one. I actually felt some of that cool, chilling feeling of magic that I get when watching musical moments in Disney films. I just love the choral voices in Peter Pan. The ending was especially nice, and was very cool. I just don't like the singers in that song, and thought you shouldn't try to make the characters lip-sync, because it didn't match well.

"Fun With Audio" was just hilarious. Once again I remembered that I love Cinderella for the antics of the mice and the cat. But it was particularly funny when Gus said, "Ooh! Pretty beads!" in slow motion. He reminded me of Ursula when she got huge, because he's fat and he had that deep voice. It was really funny.

Thank you for watching and your comments, Disney Duster!

"I Don't Really Like You" started out really fun, but it got harder to finish. The song wasn't that long enough to really give Beast more screen time and it was hard to think of a way to wrap up the video w/o including him. Also, I felt bad for putting in Maurice being taken to the Asylum and then the lyrics were all "I don't care what you do" and that wasn't really how Belle fealt so I made her get back at Gaston with the Beast :P. It's rather confusing, but I'm glad somebody got the gist of what that part meant, lol! But yeah, it would've been way cooler and funnier if I had the Beast more in the video.

The medley from "On the Record" was my favorite except for "A Whole New World." That was hard to adapt for a video b/c a lot of times, the woman was singing Aladdin's part or the guy was singing some of Jasmine's lyrics. I tried to use the parts where they're not singing (which is partly why Tarzan was included), but there weren't many scenes like that and there weren't many scenes that fit with the tempo of the end of "A Whole New World" hence the lip syncing ending. I cringe everytime I watch that part b/c Jasmine sounds so old :P! But anyhow, I really like the video as a whole. I plan on doing more from "On the Record," but I'm waiting for Escapay to get back b/c has a lot of Disney DVDs that I don't have. Also, I need to wait until October so I can add TLM into the videos.

Hahahaha, I didn't think many people would watch Fun With Audio as it was just something I put together for fun. I tried it with the Work Song, and it was hilarious, but too long to sit through! The girl mice sounded freaky in that video too, hehehe.

Disney Duster, here are some more Disney music videos. It was not made by someone who did the Disney fan videos for example Kram Nebuer, it was taken from DTV, a show that was no longer on the Disney Channel. Here are the following Disney music videos:

"Rhythm of the Night" - DeBarge
"Money (That's What I Want)" - Barret Strong From the long out of print "Golden Oldies" VHS tape
"Catch a Wave" - The Beach Boys
"I Get Around" - The Beach Boys
"Heart of Rock & Roll" - Huey Lewis & the News
"Private Eyes" - Hall & Oates
"Car Wash" - Rolls Royce

Wow! I remember those! I liked those a lot when I watched them on the older Disney Channel. There was this one for Stevie Wonder's "My Cherie Amour" that I really liked, and I always sang that song. And now I know what dvdjunkie meant by DTV music videos! Thanks for sharing those, musicradio77. I guess DTV was sort of like a mock-up of MTV! I get it now!

I made this video a while ago, but due to unrelated computer problems, I haven't had a chance to upload it. It's not really a traditional Disney Music Video since I used one clip. I wanted to try the song "Autumn Leaves" with Disney clips like how Fantasia showcased classical music with animation. Here is "Autumn Leaves" with Pocahontas.

Oh and thanks musicradio77 for all those links! I loved DTV! It always came on the Disney Channel after MMC or Kids Inc.

A Kram Video with Moments

Well...okay, I personally think that the piece of music was more suited for just falling, dancing leaves, but your video did have some really good moments. When they were running through the trees and everything was orange, that was nice, the piano's keys dashed along with them. There was that part where John and Poca were on the cliff, and different colored leaves were blowing (and sparkling) that went well. Then, toward the end, when the wind was blowing, it ended well with the music, and a single leaf fell on the last note perfectly.

well I guess we kinda ditched Check out my newest vid. thread, so I guess I'll start posting my vid. on this thread

Baloo's song: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tl_2ujqrOes

Highway 101: Life is full of various highways that leads to different paths...Disney takes us on a magical highway with Tramp, Cinderella, Dumbo and many more. They prove that Disney Highway is the best road for traveling.

I decided to abandon Wan'na Be Like You for Tarzan cause it kinda looked like a repeat of Baloo's song. But I got some good ideas brewing.

Ireton's New Music Videos!

Post by Disney Duster »

Whoops. I didn't mean to "abandon" the other thread, but I just didn't get around to posting there yet. Anyway, in this thread anyone can post videos, and it was the original thread, so...here we go!

"Baloo's Song"-really awesome video! Totally fun, and even funny, especially with Kaa talking to Mowgli during it. I really like how sometimes the music would stop for dialogue from the characters. I was smiling all the way through! And it ended really nicely, one of the parts that really pulls at my emotions in The Jungle Book is Baloo and Bagheera dancing as the walk away into the jungle, trying to be happy even though Mowgli left. Kind of bittersweet. The only part of the video I had any problem with was when you showed Shere-Kahn in the grass. That wasn't a moment I thought fit well with the upbeat, dancing, action theme.

"Highway 101"-Very good video! Really nice, kept the whole good feeling almost all the way through. Once again there was one scene I didn't think fit, going into Geppetto's workshop with Jiminy Cricket's view. But the rest was just wonderful! I really like the part with the storks, the three little pigs laughing, and Tramp getting chased by the dogcatcher. Really good one! I still like "Room With a View" the most out of any video, but that's probably just because of the kind of music I tend to like. Good job on this one!

It's alright, I kinda forgot that we're still in the summer season.

Baloo's Song: I meant to insert soundbytes from the film and I was trying to not parody the oringal so that's why I used Shere Khan's sneaking cause, to me, it worked with the flow of it.

Highway 101: The Geppeto Shop scene was suppose to represent a character's mind thinking bout going home again or just cont. down the road (sorry for the confusion)

Coming Soon: Ashley Tisdale's Kiss The Girl feat. Sebastan

Oh wow! I didn't even notice that bit! :) Thanks for watching.

Baloo's song was fun and surprising, Mason! I must ask, what is the font you used for the titles and where did you get them? It looks very Disney to me for some reason! I loved Highway 101 too. It has a very clever title! I like how you showed the metaphor of the song really well with various Disney animation that didn't even feature cars or highways. Life can be a highway without all that! :)

Oh and are we are abandoning the other music video thread? I thought we would a long time ago since Mason_Ireton was the one who made this thread in the first place. Lol, oh well, it doesn't really matter which thread we use b/c they're both about the same things. Maybe they can be merged or is it too late for that?

Before I forget, here is my newest one:
On the Record - A Silly Symphony
This is one of my most favorite musical medlies of classic Disney tunes from Disney's On the Record. The title of this one says it all. Do you remember the catchy, silly, and simply rhythmic tunes of the Disney classics with those unforgettable nonsense words? Bibbidi Bobiddi Boo...Zip A Dee Doo Dah...By themselves, they're great songs. On the Record gives us a choir of Broadway style singers singing all of them. Together. Prepare for the expected and unexpected. Here is a collection of songs woven seamlessly into a medley of Disney chaos coupled with classic Disney animation. I give you "A Silly Symphony."

I don't know if I'll be able to make many newer videos in the coming months. School is starting again (moving back on Sunday :( )and I won't have time to go on the boards as much, let alone make videos. If you see a new video from now to before Christmas, then I probably wasn't doing my homework .

Well, Kram, I just had to check out your video before you left. It's very fun, and jaunty! Of course, those songs are jaunty so that had to do with it. An especially well done effect was Snow White breaking the current song with a few high notes, then white-wash fading or whatever effect it's called back into Pinnochio's world. However, if you had a ripple I would have used that because she's at the well, or if you had a glass-breaking effect, I would have used that since Snow White has to do with mirrors. My favorite part was when Uncle Remus started inverting and it alternated between him and the fairy godmother. Very nice, and it matched the zaniness of the singing. I also loved the ending, because it was so cool going through all the Disney scenes so fast, and the song itself was just so funny("Hakuna Ma-Bibbidi Bobbidi...!").

Lmao! I got to agree with the person who posted a comment on youtube. When Gus in slowmotion begins "Ooooh, beeeeads! Ohohoho, very pretty beeeads" you can't help but break out in laughter. His expression mixed with the extra slow voice just cracks me up.

Amazing work! Honestly, it's not easy to find someone who works so thoroughly on their disney vid's. I love all of them!

Hehe! Thanks! The very zany mix of songs (especially at the end) is why that's my favorite medley from the soundtrack! :) The integrating of all those classics make it perfect for a video! But yeah, those parts were hard! Especially the Uncle Remus ending into Fairy Godmother, lol. I had to cut the video at each "zipadee" and "bibbidi" and put in the effects. Oh and the glass shattering effect was used when Snow White came on screen with her opera, lol. I used it especially for that reason. The ending is my favorite part! :D

How do you go about making a music video?
Its not Disney, but I'd like to use the song Sorezore no Ereji (Each one's Elegy) with a couple of episodes of Full Moon Wo Sagashite in mind.

By the way, the one clip that didn't have is the WW2 short "Thrifty Pig". You didn't add that one. The cartoon "Thrifty Pig" is also featured in "On the Front Lines" DVD.
