The Cheetah Girls 2

Post by bennyb98 »

Well did anyone watch this? I was planning on watching it today but of course my VCR had another malfunction and didn’t record so I’ll have to catch it at another date, but what did people think about it? Good, Bad or ugly?

I DVRed it and watched it today. It was good, and it still had the spirit of the first movie. i might get this on DVD, only because I have the first on DVD, and my collection wouldn't be complete without a sequel.

I really enjoyed this movie! It was I think better than the first one. The singing was awesome, everyone did a good job in acting and it was a great musical. I love Raven and I think she is awesome and growing as an actress each day. The other three are ok, I cannot stand Adrienne Bailon because she is really a nasty person. I met her real sister at TRL and her sister wanted to bring me up on TRL and she said no! Then she didn't even want to sign my book. I wanted to kick her lol. But anyway, on another note.... This movie was good and I am not watching it again tonight lol. Once is enough until the DVD comes out. ;)

I thought it was terrible, sure the songs were good and better then the first movie's songs but I felt the entire film was a messy peice of crap.

That's funny, I felt that way about High School Musical. :)

I must say, Cheetah Girls 2 was much better than the first one. I really didn't like the first one all that much... the second one I can sit through again.
But the thing that makes Woody special, is he'll never give up on you... ever. He'll be there for you, no matter what.

Cheetahs 1: Excellent plot, some forgetful songs, skilled cast, well written songs. The plot is clever and deals with a subject that most wouldn't handle, the making of a band plot, while the actresses are talented, there's a few plot points that would've expaned or drop. This film had a dif. treatment on supporting cast memebers, they each got equal screen time with the Cheetahs while voicing their plotpoints.

Cheetahs 2: Way better then Cheetahs 1, loved the locations, Belinda sounds like a major hit in Spain, less equal screen time for the support cast, Chanel seemed more like the plot driver then Galleria which suited me just fine (got tired of Galleria being the plot driver) The songs are amazing. Only prob. I had with the film, no background info on Belinda and her mother's character, would've made the plot much more juicer.

Cheetahs 1: 8/10

Cheetahs 2: 10/10

Is Belinda a new character?? Because that's not one of the Cheetahs...
I haven't seen the movie yet, but I really want to.

Belinda is the name of the actress. I'm not sure if she kept her name for the movie, though. She's actually a popular Mexican pop singer, most popular with little kids and pre-teens, although I guess anyone who likes pop likes her. She's like a Hilary Duff in my POV.

I STILL haven't gotten around to watching it yet... looks like my best bet will be the DVD as DC has no airing scheduled for the next two weeks and its probably already in the vault.

Okay, so I adore this movie? Even more than High School Musical? Wow. A large percentage of the songs are phenomenal, plus the fact that it is endlessly quoteable-- "A dancing cat. A dancing count. I'm dizzy!"

God help me.
