Question about Platinum Edition DVD
Hi, this is my first post but been readin this forum for awhile. well my question is once a PE dvd goes out of print like the snow white dvd, how long will it be oop until disney release it again?

Well, since the DVD format is still relatively new I don't know if there really is a moratorium system in place that says a title is shelved for say 7 or 10 years. I would also caution about waiting too long on Platinum titles you want. Unless I'm mistaken I believe Snow White and Beauty and the Beast are next to impossible to find at retail prices now. It may look like there are a lot of copies of The Lion King out there (and there are) but they will disappear quicker than you think.

A lot of stores put the Snow White DVD back on the shelves when Beauty and the Beast came out (especially the VHS cuz no one bought them).
And both Snow White and Beauty and the Beast are usually put back on the shelves when another "Princess" movie comes out, like Cinderella 2, Belle's Magical World etc.
