Nita knew Large Bear way back when he wasn't a bear. That was in the first movie, remember? Anyway, they thought they were gonna be together forever even though they get along like two angry beavers in a mud hut. Okay, so now the Great Spirits say they have to go on a great big, exciting journey to break the pact. So don't trample off. Join me and my brother -- oh, and there's a couple fetching moosettes in this story too -– for all sorts of laughs and wild adventure. (See what I did. I used the word "wild" 'cause we're out in the woods.) Beauty. It's gonna be tons of fun for the whole family, eh?

Thanks for the Info Luke, but did you ever get my email about "Dark Wish" a PRMF Blockbuster(That's what both TD and Abc Family were labeling it as) on DVD September 26th aka The Week before The Classic Little Mermaid. Especially since the September thread hasn't been made or i can't access it.

Ooh, an incredibly useful post.

Have you always been doing this in this format, or have I just not been paying attention? :P

No, most months it wouldn't make too much sense to put all the work into doing it, but August has a lot of interest, as will September. Coincidentally, those are the only two months I did this for last year.

Yes, got that e-mail. Didn't realize it was you. Did already know about the upcoming PRMF release. We'll probably aim to cover it in a roundup capsule. September thread isn't done yet, but I figured I'd put the link here so that's one less thing to have to fuss with in this thread. Hope to get it done soon!

They'll have to wait until the DVD comes in (which should be soon, I hope) - when Disney made them available, they were just the DuckTales V1 menus and there hasn't been any images subsequently issued.

Ooh, I like how everything's lumped together! :) I'm really, really looking forward to Talespin and especially Darkwing!!! 8)

Er, not to be nit-picky, but isn't it Negaduck that Darkwing's squaring off with? Dark Warrior is Darkwing's vigilante future self.

Aw, the menu-setting is more than adorable for the new Pooh learning DVD's. I just love when the art looks close to the original Pooh and friends-drawings. Kinda rough around the edges and with that special color tone (if not black and white).

Anyway, thanks for posting all of this :) It's really appreciated.

The only two August DVDs I'm concerned about is TaleSpin Volume 1 and Darkwing Duck Volume 1! The only problem with TaleSpin from the review on this site is that the episodes have no chapter stops! That's so stupid when DuckTales Volume 1 even with its average quality had those! No good excuse for the alck of chapter stops on any DVD!!!
