I am working on my own Web Page so I can list my DVD-R and DVD+RW. There are between 1,500 and 2,000 more titles that I need to add to my collection. Most of them are Westerns from the 30s, 40s and 50s. Also a lot of movies that have never and probably will never see the light of DVD release.
When that Web site is ready I will post it in my signature.

As I was talking to a friend on MSN about DVDs and the amount of, I've decided to bump this thread. I've realised that I currently have 95 DVDs. I've slowed down buying recently, but I'm personally expecting myself to go into the 100 range by the end of the year (what with The Simpsons: Season 8, The Little Mermaid and a number of others coming out).

I have 159 (soon to be 163) and have been collecting for six years. I'd have a lot more if it weren't for a shelf space crisis, which I hope to solve soon.

More than i can afford.
I have nearly all Disney in r1 or r2, & if its not on dvd Disney then i have the vhs. However i dont think its how many dvd's you have, there are to many variants, like being a spoilt brat, or having to work hard for ages to buy just one, to the other halfs permission to being single etc. i think it should be more of how fortunate we are to have a dvd player & disney stories in our homes. Nobody had either 20 years ago. So if you have 1 or a 100 you are just as lucky as each other & should be just as grateful for whatever we have.

I have more the 60 too. I'm actually quite reluctant about reaching the 100th one. I always liked my DVD collection much more when it was small and personal. I now try to pick and choose what I buy so only 'special' movies have a place on my shelf. I loved the days when all I had was Mulan, The Lion King and Aladdin, and my goal was to collect Brother Bear, Beauty and the Beast and The Little Mermaid.

. Oh well I'll just keep borrowing theirs... all the time!
P.S memnv could you please let me know if r.v. is any good as i might buy it? (That is the one with Robin Williams, right?)

If you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

I'm not memnv, but I will put my two cents in anyway. I thought it was a great movie, the preview made it look like crap, but I thought it was well done and really funny. And, yeah, it has Robin Williams in it.Black pearl wrote:P.S memnv could you please let me know if r.v. is any good as i might buy it? (That is the one with Robin Williams, right?)
