Wow!!! 33 people, we broke the record twice today. Yesterday we had the number on 29, then on 30 and now on 33!!!

check it out.. it's my 300th post (at current time of posting). and this will be my last one for the weekend since i'll be out of town. it's always so much fun to get back to the forum after not reading it for a few days.. it's a good way to spend an hour or so going through everything... :) now, time for more marshmallows in my hot cocoa..

hey!
i'm back after a week of school certificate exams :x ... (Damn you Bob Carr)
which are the equivalent of ... (i dunno what) in the States

anyway...

i've been busily working on the school yearbook ... which i have completely trashed ...

and i have used the power vested in me, through my self-appointment :P as leader to slip in a couple of disney-style subliminal messages everywhere ... *cough* buy disney *cough*

muhahaha ...

Did you just do the HSC or school certificate Michelle. I've forgotten what year you said you were in...

year 10 so it's only the school cert ... not that much of a biggie i suppose ... our yearly internal examinations were actually a whole lot harder so the school is expecting top notch results :roll: ... at least they don't kick people out for low academic results like a certain other *cough* agricultural *cough* school i know...

i'll probably be thinking that this year has been a breeze in year 12 while doing the hsc and then be thinking high school was a breeze when i'm not there anymore ...

i'm sure you did well Loomis !!! :D When are they due to arrive?

oOo! forgot about the subliminal messages...

well they're not the supposed disney-type subliminal messages (SFX, take off your clothes etc) ... it wouldn't have gone down real well and my principal would have 'off-ed with my head' ...

i did a collage of photos of the school for the inside cover with alice in wonderland in mind - although it may have been more lewis carroll than disney ... disney was my inspiration though! :P ...

i did a couple of page layouts where i managed to slip in things like *see brother bear* *lion king 03/04* *hakuna matata* *UD* *who is eisner?* *bambi's mother is dead* (well she is!) :roll: and the like ...

You know, that's a good question. I really should find out...

and the HSC is a breeze if you just think of it as another test. I mean, I did Ok at the HSC, but here I am years later and exactly where I want to be. It isn't the be all and end all they make it out to be. I did a BA first (which I think everyone should do first) and don't regret a thing...

and tomorrow is my year 10 formal! *like a prom - but not so fancy* ...
