The reason they cant is corporate interference and marketing strategies. If you watch the Termite Terrace extra from Golden Collection Volume 1, you realize these guys were out on their own with little or no supervision. They also had access to whatever they needed in terms of music with an on retainer orchestra at their disposal(as long as the feature film unit wasnt using them).

Those conditions no longer exist, so the product can no longer exist.

I can't decide. Both have really messed up their lineup with crappy shows.
Toon Disney no longer shows anything worth watching anymore so I'll go with Disney.
