Goofy Song Wanted

About 14 years ago around the time The Disney Channel was relatively new, they played a Goofy cartoon that I believe was a "Sports Tribute" to Goofy. In that cartoon was a song that I've been trying to find ever since I heard it. I've even called Disney & Disneyland Records to see if they could help, but nobody remembers it. Some of the words are as follows.:
You can always be number one, you can always be a winner
Even if you've played the game for years but you play like a beginner.
I hope someone here can guide me to the title & or singer. This song has eluded me for so long & I really would love to have this song. Thank You---Bill

This may have NOTHING to do with what you want, but if you are a fan of Goofy, I just thought I'd let you know this. I bought the Brother Bear Sing-a-long dvd, and on it there is a song by Goofy called "On The Open Road". Sorry if that has no relation at all to what you are looking for.
