What's your favorite song that plays in a disney movie? I had a very hard time to choose but I pick "On my way" by Phil Collins. Since I heard it on the trailer of Brouther Bear I was singing it all day, all weeks, and months untill now! I really like the whole song, lyrics and tune but Koda sings it "cuter" than Phil Collins. Don't know where I can find the song with Koda's voice with it
To hard to pick! I love all the songs in Mulan, Hercules, Aladdin, Tarzan, The Little Mermaid, Pochonatas, The Huchback of Notre Dame, Beauty and th Beast, Oliver Company, and the Lion King.
Well, if I were to pick just one, it'd have to come from The Lion King - probably Circle of Life, I guess.
But it's hard to pick just one...there are so many other good ones - 4 great songs from Oliver & Company, 3 great ones from The Little Mermaid, Pinocchio has great songs, Aladdin, Hercules has some really good ones, The Jungle Book has 2 awesome ones. Pooh, Alice, Peter Pan, etc., etc. Very difficult, indeed.
We had a fave songs thread a short while ago.... and in that one 2099net wrote that there was a fave songs thread a short time before that anyway.... here's both of them:

I think it's great. Maybe just because the movie's fresh in my mind, but...if you can stand pop music, if you like Phil Collins, then it's good. It's a very bouncy, upbeat piece, the heart (or part of it) of the film. I can't listen to it and not smile.
A lovely little song.
I don't think it's a classic like, say...songs from Snow White or something like that. It probably won't be on any "best" lists in twenty years, but it's one of my favorites. And I loved the film, so...

I really love the songs from the Jungle Book especially "I wanna be like you" (I believe that's the title haven't heard it in awhile) it is a fun song.
I also like So this is love and Sing sweet nightengale (sp?) from Cinderella. They are very short and simple but sung so beautifully!
Top Five (no order):
Circle of Life - Lion King
Beauty and the Beast -- Beauty and the Beast
When You Wish Upon a Star - Pinnochio
Someday My Prince Will Come -- Snow White
Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah - Song of the South

all the songs from Tarzan, Brother Bear, and the song I'm Still Here from Treasure Planet. i wish I'm Still Here would have been nominated for Best Song instead of the song from Wild Thornberry movie.
