Disney Music Video
Took the liberty of creating my own Disney inspired music videos by using moving, exzubrant music: Welcome To My Life, Inspiration, Crazy, Breakaway, etc and I posted them on youtube.com
Big Bad Wolf: Personal tribute to the classic fim, using clips from all 3 Lil Pigs sequels. Chronicles the Pigs adventures thru different sequels.
Link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EceaFIPRqa4
Perfect: Simba learns to face the trials/Errors of his past and moves on with his life. Thought I did quite a show with this music video.
Link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6VqXFIWeAWI
Inspiration: Memories of Lady and Tramp's adventures in London and falling in love with each other.
Link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vABAkJxWR_4
Those are a few of my creativity and for a person with a photographic austism...I can create art so beautiful while translating the lyrics secrect proganda.

Okay...I watched all your videos in You Tube and I'm going to rate them based on what I saw. Remember that these are just my opinions. You can't base it as a fact.
Big Bad Wolf - 91%
The music goes with the video and you kinda made it a story...which is great. The lyrics goes with the video too, so it's easy to understand. I don't like how the video turns into different colors, though. But overall, it's a nice video.
Perfect - 94%
I'm not a Simple Plan fan but the video is great. I can feel how Simba wants to be perfect, how he accepted his fate and how he replaced his uncle as king. He ran from his past, though. But Rafiki helped him. And the way Mufasa died...I'm sad for him. I think this is the best of your three videos. If Timon and Pumbaa is in this video, I think I can give you a higher rating, because they played a major role on how Simba ran from his past too.
Inspiration - 88%
So you're making a romantic music video of Lady and Tramp. Hmm, I find this video the weakest. I like Lady and the Tramp but the music isn't emotional enough to save the video. I can't feel the romance between them. I think you should've made a more romantic background music. But this video isn't that bad.

Re: Disney Music Video
Big Bad Wolf: Changing the color was suppose to be a rough idea, wanted to bring out the message that Walt hid in the film bout trying to overcome the Great Depression (In this year it's Sept.11) but I'm glad that you enjoyed it overall.
Perfect: I planned on using Simba's story for the song cause it really serves as a lil background info on Adult Simba bout why he was feeling totaly lost in his life... Wasn't sure if I should add Timon/Pumbba in the film due to their comedic role in the movie so I decided to just focus on Simba's story yet try to bring some hope.
Inspiration: Everybody tries their best at making romantic videos, quite diffucult to hold back on showing the pasta scene in the first verse then I placed it in the middle so could prove how much Lady's relationship with Tramp progessed.
I'm gon'na post some more vids.
Crazy: Relates to our time of how broken we've become since 9-11. (contains graphical images)
Breakaway: The Darling childern longs dreamly to breakaway from the grown up world thus enter Peter Pan showing em that growing up maybe easy but you're still young at heart.
Look Thru My Eyes: Chron. Dorthey's ventures into OZ, while she's traving in the enchanted land with her friends... They all experience amazing personality thru each other's friendship.
Again thanks for helping me out with reviewing my videos Sly.

Now this is the video that totally rocks! The wonderful cooperation of the music and the video is fantastic! I watched the video more than two times because I think it rocks! This is your best video, and I hope there will be more to come. I like Peter Pan and Kelly's song made it even better! Great job! Keep it up!

Crazy: This video started out as a homework then I prensent to my Gov. Class and they thought it perfectly defined our Great Depression (9-11).

I was going to post my own topic as other members have done, but the title seems to be in general...
Following in the footsteps of Siren, Mason_Ireton, BatBFan1, and other members, I have been inspired by Disney music to make my own music video. It took me a while to figure out how to get clips and put it all together, but I finally completed my first Disney Music Video! Yay!!! I ran into some tough spots trying to get video segments from Beauty and the Beast. Since I couldn't, I had to improvise and I'm much more satisfied with the replacement clips I got for that part of the video.
I hope you all enjoy this Princess Medley from "Cinderella's Surprise Celebration," the show at Cinderella Castle before Cinderellabration.

Great job on the video Kram, I didn't particularly like the song, but it was a great video. I liked your Peter Pan/Breakaway song Mason_Ireton! I liked how everything seemed to be in place!

Mason_Ireton and Kram Nebuer's magical music videos
All right, well first Mason_Ireton: I liked "Perfect" and "Breakaway" the most out of your music videos. They are absolutely great! I definately think it was the best choice not to put Timon and Pumbaa in "Perfect", and the way you concentrated on Simba himself...well, that was perfect! Maybe you should have left the two lionesses out of the video, but it was still great! "Breakaway" was very cool. As for "Crazy", I definately liked the song and the imagery...it shows our world is going crazy. What do you mean you have photographic autism? You're videos are so good, I don't see any problem!
Kram Nebuer: I must say, I liked how the medley song was put together, but I couldn't stand the singers! The video was nice, though! Where did you get those awesome Beauty and the Beast storybook clips?! I never saw those before, ever!

Re: Mason_Ireton and Kram Nebuer's magical music videos
Thanks for your comments, guys! I'm glad you enjoyed it. It's actually one of my favorite tracks on the WDW Offical album. The singers for the princesses are a bit of a shock at first, compared to their originals, but I liked that they cast singers who had similar sounding voices and spirit of the originals.
Also, I'm glad I got to see Mason_Ireton's Breakaway video; it was great! The song's lyrics go well with the story he was trying to convey, I also liked his video of Aly and AJ's cover of Zip-a-dee-doo-dah!
? I guess you never picked up Beauty and the Beast: The Enchanted Christmas. The segments came from probably the best part and song of the movie. I think the song is just simply titled "Stories," but the chapter guide labels the chapter it's in as "Belle's Gift," which is also fitting in context of the movie. Many may say it's a terrible sequel since it's following the one and only original BatB, but I found it a delightful, holiday film that's strong on its own. You can't really say it's a sequel anyway since probably only 5 minutes take place after the original film and most of it is the story of Belle's Christmas at with the Beast. It's a great film, you should rent it. It's difficult to find now in stores, but around the holiday season they bring this and a lot of other Disney/non Disney holiday themed DVDs back on the shelves in large numbers.

Thanks for all the music videos. The music video features a rap version of "Who's Afraid of the Big Bad Wolf" mixed with the original one are faboulous. It features clips from the cartoons "The Little Pigs", "The Big Bad Wolf", "Three Little Wolves" and "The Practical Pig". Is the cartoon "The Practical Pig" is on one of the Walt Disney Treasures DVD's? I've never seen that cartoon in such a long time. There was one missing from that music video was a clip from "Thrifty Pig", a banned WW2 short produced by the Treasury Department. That's not included in the video. By the way, back in the day, Disney Channel has created "DTV" which was a series of music videos set into popular music with clips from the classic Disney shorts. Unclejimboy posted on YouTube has some great music videos that it was aired on DTV. Here are the following.
"Rock Around the Clock" - Bill Hailey & His Comets
"At the Hop" - Danny & the Juniors
"I Like It Like That" - Chris Kenner
"Splish Splash" - Bobby Darin
"Hip to Be Square" - Huey Lewis & the News
This wasbefore the Disney fan music videos came out with. As of now, it's the next big thing in music videos, I should call it "DTV 2.0".

I have a photographic autism which comes handy for my creativity, I come up with the plot/song then work real hard to find a film that really fits the song.Disney Dust:What do you mean you have photographic autism? You're videos are so good, I don't see any problem!

I loved the Disney Gone Wild and Disney Magic Videos, Mason_Ireton. I commented on YouTube if u didn't see.
Here is my second music video. It's a tribute to Disney parents, family, and friends.
Candle on the Water - This is the version sung by Anneliese Van der Pol on Disneymania, Vol 4, but I tried tweaking it a little with the original, and it still works. I may put that up later if people would rather listen to the original.
On a side note, what do you guys use for getting the video clips? I have been using the limited free trial versions of Flash DVD and #1 DVD Ripper (b/c Flash can't rip newer DVDs like Dumbo:BTE) so far and my favorite is DVDShrink which is the whole program, but I can't use the .VOB and .IFO files in Windows Movie Maker. Any recommmendations of a permanent program that works well?

Kram Nebuer surprises with a beautiful video!
Well Kram Nebuer, that was downright impressive. I'm glad you used some lesser known parents, such as Tarzan's folks and Cinderella's father. Also, the song was a beautiful choice. I never knew Anneliese Van der Pol could sing like that. She's much better than the other girls, who usually have higher, poppy voices. And I know that it's not just the song choice, because she sounded nice in "A Dream Is A Wish Your Heart Makes" for the brief moments she was heard. A very beautiful video. Dumbo and his mother in the cage has got to be the saddest, and one of the best moments in any Disney movie ever. That's emotion that speaks to me. Be proud of your video, Kram, it was really good. The only thing I really didn't like was all those transitions you used besides the dissolves(that's what you call fading from one clip to another, dissolving?). There's a place for certain transitions, and I felt there was no place for the ones besides the dissolves in this video. But that still doesn't take away from the beauty and emotion of such a great video.
By the way, how did you get Stitch to say "Lost" without affecting the music? In other words, how was he talking while the song was still playing, and no music from that scene got in? Did that scene have no music in the movie?

Re:Kram Nebuer surprises with a beautiful video!
Well, thank you for thanking me!
Although the DTV animation and bright colors and crappy sequelness isn't that bad(it's one of the better sequels in my opinion, I really enjoy some parts)...the ones you used were the much better choice. Mixing DTV animation with quality theater animation good have dire results(viewer's eyes would explode). Just kidding about that one too, it could be fine.
Just kidding. That is very good work, then, if you were able to do that! I also liked the intro and ending very much. You don't typically see that in videos(an intro and ending with dialogue), so you're unique as well.
Thank you for not choosing them!Kram Nebuer wrote:...I'm glad you liked Tarzan and Cinderella's parents b/c they were almost replaced with Ariel, Eric and Melody.

I noticed the fans and thought it would be good for a more upbeat, maybe faster-paced Mulan video, since you are right about them being perfectly Mulan-like. So your careful selection of transitions was at least somewhat noticed.Kram Nebuer wrote:I was having too much fun with the transitions. I found the "fan" ones and I got excited and was like WOW it's so appropriate for Mulan, but I have to agree with you now...the transitions didn't work for such a peaceful, almost lullaby song.

Thank you for your comments again, Disney Duster. Mason Ireton, how come you've stopped posting updates in this thread in which you started?
Judging from the uniformity of the posters in this thread, I guess there aren't many UDers who watch our videos...I still want to see BATBFan1's Kimberely Locke "A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes" video, but I guess it'll be awhile until he gets his computer working again.
I have two new Disney Music Videos now! They've been up for a little bit on my YouTube account, but I haven't posted them here yet:
"I Don't Really Like You" - It's not one of the better Skye Sweetnam songs from her first album "Noise in the Basement," but it's simple and a lot of fun. I just had maybe too much fun with this video. It was easy to make (except for getting the clips onto my computer which was a big pain in the rear), but I think the ending is a bit confusing. I just wasn't sure how to end it, but I'm satisfied with everything else.
"Disney Dreamflight" - Okay, okay, I know I borrowed the title from that old Tomorrowland Ride, but I really couldn't think of anything else. This one's the longest of my DMVs, but I like it a lot. It's a medley of classic Disney songs from the Disney stage show "On the Record." It's not as...well I guess poetic as "Candle on the Water" was, but it's still a lot of fun and has its moments. Also, I think it's a better medley than the medley I used for my first video.
And in case a newbie to this thread is interested, here are my first two:
Disney Princess Medley - pretty self explanatory. This features Cinderella, Snow White, and Belle and uses music from Cinderella's Surprise Celebration, a somewhat old castle stage show from Magic Kingdom.
"Candle on the Water" - This is the classic Disney song sung by Anneliese Van der Pol from the Disney Channel. This video is a tribute to family and friends.
Fun With Audio - This one isn't a music video. I was just having fun with Cinderella's mice friends and the audio editing on Windows Movie Maker. Mwahahaha!

That clip was from "Cinderella" with the mice in slow motion. Looks like it recorded off a reel-to-reel tape recorder on a normal speed at 7 1/2 IPS and played it slow at 3 3/4 IPS you'll hear Jaq & Gus and the mice talking in slow speed.Kram Nebuer wrote:Fun With Audio - This one isn't a music video.
