Great job on the Home Improvement DVD review, Luke! :) I know it takes a long time to watch all of those episodes, it takes me close to two weeks just to finish one set. And great job on your first DVD review for UD, Escapay! :)

Great reviews, guys, of Dumbo and Home Improvement. Have to read Power Rangers though. Looking forward to reading the Cow Belles, Leroy and Stitch, Commander-in Chief and Sin City reviews. Good jobs guys. :)

Just want to throw in another "Great Review Luke" post for Eight Below.

I don't know why, but your review made me interested in renting it. Maybe because of the fact it's different from it's "ture story" or to surprisingly find out it was directed by Frank Marshall but it sounds like it has potential to be a good film!

Great review, and thanks to you, Eight Below is now on my Netflix list. :)

Great review on Glory Road Luke- what were you saying in the review about you and Alicia Keys having the same dentist?

Great job on the review of Lady and the Tramp II: Scamp's Adventure, Aaron. I completely agree with your review. I finally watched it, today.

Also, Luke, great job on the reviews for Eight Below and Glory Road!

As always, I appreciate the hard work you all do for the site! Wow, 450 reviews! That's a LOT of work, which we all appreciate.

Good Review on Eight Below and LATT 2: Scamp's Adventure Luke and Aaron respectively. Also congrats that's a lot of DVD's reviewed. While i'm still waiting for some feedback on My MF Volume 1 Broken Spell Comments, I'll buy Eight Below probably this week since i got LATT 2 on Thursday. Otherwise i think i'll be patient for Lindsay to get SPD Volume 2: Stakeout.

Good job on the Lady and the Tramp II: Scamp's Adventure review Aaron! 450 reviews are a lot! Oh yeah, good job on the Eight Below review, Luke! I don't know if I want it or not, but I think it's too late now, because I would've taken the Bestbuy dealio, but I already have LATT2, so.......

Thanks for all the new feedback, gang! PR Fan, Escapay's unfortunately got very limited computer access now, so don't take his lack of feedback to your feedback as a sign of disrespect!

I really enjoyed your review of A Musical History of Disneyland, Luke. I didn't even know this set existed, but reading your review was a great introduction to it. That thing looks amazing. I'm glad you enjoyed reviewing it; it always makes the reviews better when you guys love what you're critic....ing.

Keep up the good work, Golden-Mickey-award-winning-staff!

Musical History of Disneyland will be the 2007 Golden Mickey award winner for CD Review of the Year. Bank on it.

PR Fan wrote:Excellent review to the Casual Fan/non Power Ranger fan Albert, but there is One MAJOR Nitpicking It's Udonna clearly shown in the Opening Credits. I didn't check throughlly but All Main 5 Rangers Are New Zealander's except Xander who is an Australian(Luke made that mistake last year but I corrected it). Clare is a good character/the actress who played her has been in SPD as the Nova Ranger and Krysta in Dino Thunder who we find out more about her past on what should be the Third MF DVD.
Also concerning History, it's at least far better then Wormhole(The other Teamup) in terms of continuity and episode order(Wormhole is infamous for being aired first on The Candadian Family Channel).
Another thing yes being a WF fan myself i do agree PRIS had easily the greatest Finale in C2D and in terms of Dino Thunder Tommy was back full time after a long span which seemed to be a relief to Most Fans.
The Only PR Season DVD to have 5 Episodes from one season was S.P.D, since Dino Thunder had 3 DT Episodes and the 2 part finale of Ninja Storm and Ninja Storm volume 1 had 3 episodes also.
Sorry it took so long to reply to this, PR Fan!

Anyways, as a casual PR viewer (like, once a year if it's not PRIS), I probably was harder on the series than I should have been, but then again, I wasn't its intended target audience. The nitpicks could have been easily corrected, but my resources were simply the DVD, Wikipedia, and occasionally I'd check Power Rangers Central (I think that's the site). But I felt if some things didn't need to be mentioned, I wouldn't bother mentioning it. After all, would it really matter to someone's enjoyment of PRMF that the actors are New Zealanders? I had originally mentioned it, then cut it out, then put it in again, then I must've cut it out again. If you knew how much trouble Lukester and I had trying to get the review up, you'd know that there were multiple versions of the review, lol.

Anyways, again, I'm glad you enjoyed the review, and there are a couple screw-ups on my part (due to not enough time to make sure everything was 100% accurate), but for my first outing as an official UD reviewer, I'm glad someone took the time to fully read through it all.

As for the upcoming Commander in Chief review...I hate to have to post here with no good news...well, it may be good, or bad...but there is news.

I got the review DVD from Lukester on Wednesday (the 28th). I've gone through the first disc, and watched about half of the second disc. The review is about 63% done, I simply have to finish episode descriptions (they're a bitch to write...try condensing 40-odd minutes of an episode into a couple sentences), along with more thoughts and summary of the series (I find myself straying into what went wrong with the show instead of summarizing what it was about, so I'm working on fixing that). The bonus features section is pretty easy (read: none, not even disc previews!), and the technical parts are a bore, but someone's gotta do them.

Anyway, I hope to get the review to Lukester by the end of the week, if I'm lucky.

Thankfully, one of the roomies got his computer working, so my internet is no longer limited to 45 minutes a week. I'll likely be on it 60 minutes a week now. Or at least twice a week. We'll see.

BTW, Lukester, I noticed no one's reviewing Night Stalker (2005). Even though I can't take screencaps, could I write a review for that after CiC? I picked it up a few weeks ago and I'll figure out how to get screencaps to you (I"m back in Jersey in a month, so I'll probably be able to steal-ahem-borrow Kram's laptop for screencap capabilities...).

It's okay, I understand since i'm not actually in the viewer target range just haven't stopped following the show since it debuted. I thought a mention that all the actors besides Richard B., Possibily Peta Rutter not sure, and John Tui are from New Zealand would be neat, since that hasn't happened since the move to NZ. Since SPD were mostly Canadians 4 of them with John Tui and Monica May being the only ones not out of the core 6, Dino Thunder was 2 Canadians, 2 NZ'ers, and 1 American for the Rangers, And Ninja Storm being Mostly New Zealanders, with 2 non if i recall.
Yes I could comment on Ranger Central being an awesome site, but that's not for this discussion.
Well I look forward to Dark Wish, The Next Confirmed PR DVD Release heading to stores Sept 26 i think according to Amazon.

Very nice CD Roundup!

It was quite informative, and it reinforced my decision to buy the Cars soundtrack.

The Chicago review is very well done, Renata! I would disagree about Richard Gere and Renee Zellweger, but that's my only quibble. :D

I'm afraid I don't have enough time to put a few huge paragraphs of feedback in my post like I normally do, but I really enjoyed the Chicago review, Renata!

I also liked the Taking Over the Tipton review and the newest edition of DVD roundup, Luke & Aaron. Keep up the good work, guys!
