I had a somewhat large sausage in a hot dog bun (which actually was quite gross after about 4 bites) and shepherd's pie with spinach and tomato pasta. And a small slice of marble Birthday cake with vanilla frosting (to coat over the taste of the sausage). And some V8 juice (a lot!).

 I haven't had Kix in forever man. I was on a General Mills, Free iTunes song cereal promotions kick (maily Cheerios and Chocolate Lucky Charms), but now that they are all sold out of those, I picked up two varieties of Special K today.

It was indeed! That's the best, you see. I also loved mixing regular Special K with Kellog's Honey Nut Crunch Corn Flakes, but they don't make the latter anymore.

I just had some week old pizza, a pudding cup and a Gatorade. Some call it midnight snack; I call it dinner. *shrug*
Cheers,

1 slice of chocolate cake, 1 cup of chocolate ice cream, 1 glass of cold chocolate and 1 chocolate bar.

P.S. Don't worry, Ralph. Your blood sugar isn't that high!
