Frank And Ollie - Please help

Post by karlsen »

Ok, I just can't waite until the Amazon release of this one.

Could anyone here that are a member of the Disney club buy one of these for me?

I have a paypal account so I can pay with that, or any other online credit card place of your choice.

This is a great way for you to get the bonus that this gives you, or just one less movie that you have to buy to get out of it :)

Please help a frustrated movie critic from Norway. :(

Are you on your knees now, Karlsen?

To be honest I'm not so sure that Amazon will be getting this in stock. I have pre-ordered it, but I'm sure it's a mistake from Amazon, considering no one else online have it up for sale.

I'm not why everyone thinks this is a mistake...
I mean the release date (No 18 ) and everything is different from the "exclusive" date (Oct 7)... Why would they 'mistakenly' release a completely different date to the internal one?

As for not being able to wait, it's 3 weeks away. I suggest you wait until then, and if it doesn't ship from Amazon, then go ahead and try and eBay it (seeing as you are willing to PayPal) or get someone here to buy it. Patience, youngling, patience.

As for nobody else having it, here are several places that do:

CD Universe(excellent servie I might add)

DVDPlanet

Buy.com also has it, but do they ship overseas?

Yes, this is something that I also wondered about in the past when I bought a lot of stuff from EBay. The seller was too lazy to go to the postoffice maybe...

Do they need to go to the post office? Here in Norway you just need the green custome sticker and postage. All that can be done in the comfort of your home.

All must bow before Loomis' super genius Internet searching skills. :)

For what it's worth, here's our affiliate link to Buy.com for Frank and Ollie:

It takes a little while for it to become active, but usually no more than an hour.

Do you have KazaaLite or something intended to disable affiliate clicks. If so, that would probably screw with the Linkshare link.

No, and I have disabled all the firewalls to test if that was the problem as well.

The Amazon links works just fine.

Well, I did just use DVDPriceCompare ... :P

And if that impressed ya, how about this...
Amazon shipped my copy of Frank and Ollie today!!!!!

I was almost going to put this in its own thread, but I thought it was excessive.
So I guess that puts to bed all the speculation as to whether Amazon would actually be receiving copies or not... (although I'm sure some will never believe me until I have it in my hot little hand).
And man, is that early or what??

Couldn't get a nicer present for my last day of uni ever...
