Yes on some covers is the answer.

For some reason the majority of CL covers have been printed without a Disney DVD logo on the spine and without "45th animated classic" on the back.

However I have seen in shops some copies which do proclaim "45th" on the back and which have a disney dvd logo on the side.

So yes it is number 45!

i just looked on mine and mine doesnt have a disney dvd logo on the spine or say 45th animated classic on the back

i wonder why some have it and some dont, quite annoying though, i like having the classics say that on the back

The same thing happened with Brother Bear and Lady and the Tramp.

nearly all the copies had no number on the back but I saw the old couple of copies here and there which said '43' and '15' respectively.

Yes, I own a numbered 'Brother Bear' version, but the 2-disc special edition of 'Lady and the Tramp' isn't numbered(maybe the single disc does?).
But officially or even technically 'Chicken Little' is classic number 45?

Could it be because we'll get a different version of the discs? With Peter Andre on the closing credits of the film and a PA music video in place of Raven?
