Classic Character: Humphrey the Bear (since I'm choosing from the classic shorts, and he was in a few of those).
Runners up for each category: Maleficent; Dumbo; Ariel; Thumper; Goofy.

LOL, those are actually people in costumes who dress up like mickey mouse. So its probably a sweaty man instead of mickey mouse.
