Though it's not really ABOUT Disney so much as INVOLVING Disney...
Bless your cotton socks, DaveWadding.
That's great. I'm not sure I understand who Ray is, but I guess there is a running gag about the sports guy. At any rate, I got the general idea and that idea is FUNEEEE.
I just used the you tube link provided by Wonder and got this message.

...and so you two are absolutely identical? You know I'm sure I can get you a part in Toy Story 3... I'm sorry. Are we back? All right girls...lovely talking to you.
Timon/Pumba fan wrote:As for the video, I'm not surprised. Knowing how much Disney is over copyright of their own characters. But I'm somewhat glad it's gone.
Uh, Disney doesn't have copyright to the video. Broadway Video, the producer of "Saturday Night Live", does.

The video was parody, so Disney didn't need to grant any rights. And as far as copyright infringement, NBC was probably the ones that made the stink about it.
I thought it was really good, but I can see why they put the Walt Disney stuff in it, because I'm sure those rumors/stories are more familiar to people then Song of the South or the references to the deleted scenes in Fantasia and Roger Rabbit.
There were two other cartoons like that I saw on Television.
One from SNL was Walt Disney Pictures producing an animated feature called "Tity" or something, about Titanic. But the ship was personified, so it had eyes and a mouth and could talk and everything. Whoopi Goldberg provided the voice of the iceburg(yes!), and she was like the villain in the whole thing. Then they threw Anne Frank in there...I think the short was trying to say that certain things shouldn't be romanticized or made silly by cartoons, like maybe how people thought Pocahontas was so far from the true historical story of Pocahontas and John Smith.
The other short was more like a making of an animated feature. MadTV did a skit where Disney was making Snow White II: Return to the Forest or something. It was funny because they showed behind the scenes and who was doing the voices. They said Drew Berrymore was first cast as Snow White but she wanted to do the evil queen instead. So she read some of the queen's lines and it showed how Drew Berrymore is just not good at sounding evil or not naive. It was pretty funny.
I must admit and even though I find the cartoon hilarious (despite the fact that I didn't have sound) Luke was right about how the jokes are tiresome and unnecessary. Especially when they rip on some of my favorite Disney movies.
So did they already put Bambi PE in the vault if so where the hell was I during that? Or did they put both Bambi II and Bambi PE in the vault at the same time?
No, Bambi II is the only one that went in the vault, Bambi PE is still out. although disneyshopping.com is still selling B-II, so I guess it's until supplies run out.
