I agree with all the above movies of Miss Natalie, but I would also like to add Thoroughly Modern Millie.

I'm not a Snow White fan, but there's a live action version of Snow White that I used to watch as a child that I just love, it's to bad I don't know anything about the movie. I'd really love a copy as my old one broke when I was six.

Some of my favourite films:

Dancer in the Dark
The English Patient
The Last of the Mohicans
Lord of the Rings films
Out of Sight
Shakespeare in Love
the original Star Wars trilogy

Favourite non-Disney animation:

Wallace & Gromit shorts
Chicken Run

The overall look (visual choices) and the score of a film are both very important to me. Anthony Minghella, Steven Soderbergh and Baz Luhrmann, to name a few, use music and editing to their advantage in a rather pleasing way.

Ever since I first saw it when I was five years old, THE TEN COMMANDMENTS has been my favorite movie. Casablanca is a close second, followed in no order by:

Gone With the Wind
Sabrina
Breakfast at Tiffany's
Somewhere In Time
When Harry Met Sally
Galaxy Quest
Moulin Rouge
The Italian Job

And of course, the Star Trek movies are in a whole separate category, with Voyage Home being my favorite, followed by Wrath of Khan, Undiscovered Country, First Contact.
