I was referring to the obnoxiously low price I got for the two of them together...$7.44
I fear the UD'ers will come and kill me for finding such a deal and not sharing it with them...

Might as well explain it...DisneyFan 2000 wrote:Escapay wrote:Sunday:
Looney Tunes Golden Collection Volumes 1 and 2 - $7.44For real?!
Every so often, Wal-Mart has their $4.88 DVD sales, where they get a sh!tload of catalog titles from a studio (last month was MGM, this month appears to be Paramount and WB), and offer it for $4.88. But this time, they also made availabe WB 2-packs, with 2 catalog movies bundled together for $7.44. However, rather than bundle the movies side by side, they're bundled back-to-back, so you can see both titles, but not the backs. As such, Wal-Mart had to put barcode stickers on the bottom so they could be scanned.
Anyways, I was browsing through Wal-Mart on Sunday, and saw they had a bundled set of LTCG 1 and 2. Oddly, someone wrote down $27.88 on the plastic used to bundle it, and they were bundled back-to-back, so I couldn't find the barcode. I checked the bottom and the sticker was there, so I went to one of the price checking machines and it read "Looney Tunes $7.44". I realized that some ignoramus Wal-Mart employee thought that this set was part of the 2-movie sets, and put a $7.44 barcode sticker on it.
It was the only copy, so I hurried over to self-checkout. I didn't want to use regular checkout, for fear that the cashier would go, "$7.44 for this? It must be a pricing error" and then call someone. So I went to self-checkout and saved myself a heckuva lot of money! Even if it were mispriced, it's Wal-Mart's fault for putting the wrong sticker.

I wish I would run into those kind of situations! Lucky you Escapay!
I just bought The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe - Special Edition. For once, the whole packaging has been provided, which is impressive. The slipcover is very imaginative. Kudos to Disney's marketing for the wonderful idea.
