Less Than Perfect (ABC TV Series)
Well it has been a year (on the 15th that is) but Sara Rue, Andy Dick, Sherri Shepherd and everbody else (except from what I hear Eric Roberts) will be coming back to ABC on Tuesday April 18, 2006 at 9:30!

Good, I really like this show. I'd always catch it when it was on. However, I do think that putting any show on a Friday is basically putting it on the chopping block. Truthfully, I barely watch TV, let alone the shows on ABC, CBS, or NBC. I'm more likely to be found watching Spongebob on Fridays (yep, you heard me). But I will make sure to watch this when it comes on.

I have to severely disagree with your comment, 2004 was only 2 years ago and your defeatist attitide of 'if you can't do it, just give up' saddens me!Just Myself wrote:A better idea is ABC should quit making sitcoms and leave them toNBC. They haven't had a single decent comedy since 2004, and the last one before that was BoyMeets World.

Besides I think that abc HAVE had 3 very good sitcoms over thepast couple of years. I strongly agree that 'Less Than Perfect' is much better than people give it credit for! It's a fantastic ensemble piece, something which a lot of sitcoms fail to do these days.
However my absolute favourite sitcom of the moment is on abc, 'what's that' i hear you ask? Hope and Faith! This show really hits my funny bone and Kelly Ripa absolutely steals the show!
And the third? Well I think we've all heard of a little show called Scrubs!

Ah, Yes I'm getting confused (although to be honest that's easily done 'Scrubs' in on about 18 channels in the UKJust Myself wrote:I don't know about the UK, but in the US Scrubs is an NBC staple. I like it a lot, a lot to keep watching it weekly, but it took five years to get me completely hooked. And I forgot about Hope and Faith, even though it's not as good as when it started out.

I feel sorry for Less then Perfect it's one of the best Comedies on ABC and know ABC will probably cancel it after this season and keep Jim, Freddie, George and Hope & Faith.

Is Hope & Faith still on? That show was okay, but would have been way better if not for Kelly Ripa's atrocious acting skills. But Faith Ford, Ted McGinley, and the two younger kids did carry the show.
I really hope Les Than Perfect gets to stay on the air. It was very good. I really hope Hope and Faith or George Lopez gets booted to make room for it.
Also, I agree that channels should not air their best comedies on Friday nights. Who is at home watching TV on a Friday night on a regular basis? Surely not their target audiences.

Yeah, Hope & Faith was off for about 6 weeks and now is on Tuesdays at 8:30 after According to Jim. I think Less Than Perfect isn't going to get big ratings. It's been gone too long and I thought everyone was already attached to new projects so there's no way to even bring it back after they run all the episodes they have.numba1lostboy wrote:Is Hope & Faith still on? It was originally slated to return in January, but kept getting pushed back.Robin Hood wrote:Why did it take them so long to put the show back on the air?
Anyways, I'm glad to see that the show's finally getting its season started, though I'm sure it's the last...

I don't really watch that much TV in the evenings. I usually watch Tv during the day (i.e. MTV, Disney Channel, Nickelodeon). So I'm not really around to keep up with a bunch of different series. But I usually watch:
Sunday: Desperate Housewives (ALWAYS)
Grey's Anatomy (ALWAYS)
Tuesday: I'm trying to watch that new sitcom on NBC, Teachers. It looked good and it has National Treasure funnyman Justin Bartha, who made me laugh everytime he opened his mouth.
Thursday: The Office (if I'm there...this show keeps me in stitches from start to finish lol)
I also watch American Idol if I'm with friends who watch it. When Friends was on the air, I never missed an episode.
If Less Than Perfect gets put back on the air, I will definitely make it a point to watch it.
