That's one of my top-12 favorite Madonna songs. And I know - even I could hear it in my head before I played it that way, it happens with any song you've heard so many times and sung and know by heart. I think Madonna needs to release a 2nd version of the Immaculate Collection that goes back to the beginning and picks up all the songs/singles that were never compiled on any of her greatest hits collections. But anyway, when I played Burning Up, it really was unbelievably funny, and I didn't expect it to be.
I was over at the IMDb message boards and they're also dying for The Re-Invention Tour to get it's long overdue DVD release. I hear they just keep pushing it back. The Re-Invention tour... was that the 2004 Greatest Hits one? Or was that separate?
Once again I like the original with Hendrix but I love when Stevie Ray Vaughn plays it. I like to think of Vaughn as great as Hendrix, they both are (were) great guitar players.
Redneck Yaught Club - Craig Morgan
Honky Tonk Budonkadonk - Trace Adkins
and my Tim McGraw's greatest hits..that is until Greatest hits Vol. 2: Reflections comes out next Tuesday
