the episode that came on last night was called Mickey and the Culture Clash. it starts off with Mickey playing a banjo while singing new lyrics to Minnie's Yoo Hoo. Minnie thinks Mickey is adorable but Clarabelle thinks Mickey is a little to old fashioned. Once Mickey is done Clarabelle tells Mickey that she found an ad and is believed to be from Minnie since the initials in the ad are M.M. The ad says "i am looking for someone who is sophisticated". Mickey who shocked to see this believes this is true so Mickey starts learning how to be sophisticated. Soon Mortimer Mouse decides to help Mickey become more sophisticated and... oh what the heck. this episode is simply pathetic. im not goona say any more about this episode because it stinks. i wish they can make episodes that are more funny than more stupid. if u want to watch this episode, just look for it on Toon Disney since i dont think it will come on Disney Channel.
Ah, but did you ever think the show was the creators critisism of the popularity of today's "hip" cartoons - such as Kim Possible - while at the same time pointing out that the cartoons greats don't need updating? Everything from the appearance of the 1920's Minnie's Yoo Hoo to the inept attempt to make Mickey more "sophisticated" suggests a huge metacontexual swing to supporting the "classic" Mickey while at the same time rejecting "hip" for the sake of "hipness".
Or of course, it could just suck.

Most of my Blu-ray collection some of my UK discs aren't on their database
