yes, that seems to be the best. Now that you mentioned it, who had really used this option?

But before we had two releases on sale because for example THE LION KING was on sale at the same time that was ALADDIN
i think what he's getting at is the fact that they are only supposed to be available for a limited time only... this implies that by the time the next is released the previous would've been shoved in the vault. i find it funny too actually. i think that Aladdin and Bambi should be gone by now. At least Bambi is supposed to go in with Bambi II so that at least gives ppl a dead line. I think each platinum should only be out for a year, which was the original intention i think....

Here are the scans of the Disney Insider pages. I didn't scan the last three pages because they were all coupons. Let's hope Disney won't sue me for scanning these.

I think that all of these at least beat one of the seven sets made available.
The only Platinum that Mulan may beat is The Lion King, because I have the same complaints about both editions - no cohesive lengthy making-of documentary, too much fluff, and no trailers. :P

I know nothing about Fantasia or Tarzan's multidisc sets, but as for the others, I totally agree. I consider MP's 40th Anniversary Edition to be the best non-Platinum Disney DVD I own.
