Anyway, to Aladdin from Agrabah, DisneyDuster, Pasta, everyone else who doesn't understand my surface-obsession:
I know that the cover shows both sea and surface, but my main gripe is that it's too damn cluttered in the cover, and they should get rid of one or the other to make a more cleaner picture. I have nothing against the sea, but when I think of The Little Mermaid, I always think of her sitting on the rock longing to be part of the land. Yes, the movie takes place under the sea and on the surface. Yes, a lot of people enjoy the sea segments, they are perhaps some of the most memorable sequences for them. But I personally would enjoy a cover more if it showed Ariel perched on the rock, which itself is a classic Little Mermaid pose (there's a statue in Denmark of her in the same pose), and while it's not a kiddiefied look, it's a more artistic one. The cover is fine if you want something attention-grabbing, but I just think it's too cluttered, too messy. It's nice that they're trying to show two worlds, but in my opinion, the way they present the two worlds just doesn't grab me like it does many others here and I'd rather see a cover the focuses on one world more than the other (and the world would be the surface for me).
