Well, most my avatars are from the original movie. I only have a few pictures from Bambi II (not modified). But I will give you the link.

I don't think anyone has mentioned this yet, so I thought I would go ahead and say it.
There's a scene from the trailer that never made it into the final film. It's nothing major, but I'm nit-picky, so I noticed. I know this is something Disney does all the time.

I don't know why it was cut. Maybe it was scrapped in favor of a better scene, who knows? But it's not there, so it bugs me. It's like the movie isn't complete now.

Well when the Bambi II 10th Anniversary edition comes out, maybe it will have deleted sequences. :D

You're right it's gonna go into the vaults (or so they say) in less than 60 days. But I doubt they will alter it. I mean would you want them to alter the original? Hell no! Even though they did by taking out the glitches. :headshake:
When will they learn? ;)

I highly doubt it. It's been forever since we actually got "good" deleted scenes (Pocahontas is an exception). Nowadays, when Disney gives us deleted scenes, they're in story-board form.

Well usually they'll sit down and look at the whole film in storyboard form and then delete scenes there. They don't want anyone to actually sit there and animate a whole sequence and then chuck it in the trash on them. So most of the deleted scenes are just the storyboards.

Alright! I did it.
I have 1600 stills from Bambi 2 and if there is anyone who wants dibs on a certain scene better get it to me now because I'm going to be deleting a lot. One catch though they're only going to be 100X100 pics (I'm sure you know why). Dibs help me with the deletion process, I keep the ones that I want and save the ones you all want. I'll make sure they're good too. DIBS?

Well better put DMX on and work.

Bambi II Discussion

Post by Ting Ting »

I bought Bambi II on DVD today.

Dare I say it - it's just as good as the original!

What do you all think of it?

Do you guys think that Alison Krauss's There Is Life is the Bambi II Them Song? Doesn't this song reprise at the end as well?

Speaking of "Bambi 2", those of you had seen the closing credits of the film including the original "Walt Disney Pictures" logo. I seen the old logo at the end of "Bambi 2" after the closing credits next to the Disneytoon logo. "Bambi 2" was the last Disney film to feature the original Walt Disney Pictures logo since it was first introduced back in 1985. But that was kinda aged. Has anybody seen the old logo after the closing credits for "Bambi 2"? I missed the old logo. :( The new logo would be appear in future Disney films starting with "POTC: DMC" since it's still playing. I like both the old and new logos. "Bambi 2" was the last film with the old logo had finally bit the dust.
