Hehe, it's pretty funny. The droids are the couple in this one.

Found some more, all BBM parodies:

Brokeback Trek - Pretty funny, but not as good as Empire Brokeback

Romance of the Jedi - BBM: The Prequel!

Dumb and Dumber - Not as good as the others...

Top Gun 2: Brokeback Squadron - Video and audio is horrible, but you get the main idea...

And the Back to the Future one.

Yeah, I thought Romance of the Jedi was the funniest, I was laughing the whole way through.

Nothing could beat "Brokeback to the Future" in terms of humor! That had me laughing as hard as I could get! But the other ones were amusing!

BTW, who has that stupid western music stuck in their heads!

I'd like to ask all of the creators if they have actually witnessed the absolutley phenomenal film. Sure, I can find the humor in them, but this is just becoming a ridiculous trend to make fun of the gay aspect of Brokeback Mountain..

I have Gustavo Santaolalla's superb score stuck in my head, actually. But, obviously not for the reasons you do.

As funny as most are... there's an immature "let's laugh at what you don't understand'' kind of vibe coming from it.

I was kind of wondering the same thing. The film itself is really not about the 'gay' aspects of the relationship anyway. However, the first of these - Brokeback to the Future - was in good fun and at least had the western connection.

Romance of the Jedi was also a bit of fun, because it didn't seem to be playing on the Brokeback angle.

That's why they're called parodies. They're not meant to fully reflect what the film is. They're not meant to be taken seriously. They're meant to mock and cheapen whatever it is they're parodying. Don't see the big deal, most movies should be glad that they seem important enough to be parodied...it's like a rather deranged form of flattery.
