I'm not sure if I'll pick up the HUlk anymore, but I am interested in what you guys think of it. I'm also interested in what you guys on the other side of the world think of Whale Rider, which is a very New Zealand film (much in the same way the Lord of the Rings films are :P).

2099 - is Star Trek V worth getting NOW or should I wait for a local release? I just found out Star Trek VI is coming out at the end of February...

In the last week, I've picked up:
- Walt Disney Treasures: Disneyland (finally completing my set)
- Goofy Movie & An Extremely Goofy movie (on sale!)
- Indiana Jones set (arrived literally an hour ago).

The next few weeks are going to be so huge I had to cancel a few things...

Depends how bad you want it. Its a Paramount disc, so its 99% certain the contents of the disc will be the same internationally. I've not actually looked at it yet and I have to work most of Saturday :( but it seems to be just as packed at the other Star Trek discs. And, while I do love ST:V; unlike most people; I'm sure Shatner will make a fool of himself on the disc, just like he did with the previous 2 releases! :))

As I write this from work (on a Saturday too :)), I've decided to pick it up anways. No sign of a local release yet, and I'm reading Lisbeth Shatner's 'making of' book at the moment (I believe she is on the commentary track too). Kinda interesting, even if a bit 'ain't my daddy grand'. And yes, I love ST:V too, and love Shatner making a fool of himself.
Thanks, as always, for the help, 2099.

actually shatners fairly humble on all the interviews i've seen on the#5 discs. he does complain about not having a big enough budget but he's not afraid to admit mistakes were definitely made in the making of it. he accepts his movie for what it is, when some people could probably so embaressed by it they wouldn't want to be involved in commentaries and interviews. also did yall see the press conference video they had on the second disc. good grief that was embaressing, especially when he was introducing the cast.
