anyone not receive emails?

I'm not getting any emails from the club! I don't get order or shipment confirmations or featured title emails. Is this normal? I have yet to get anything in the mail either about the new featured selection (I joined end of Dec). Did everyone already get the new info in the mail?

I got an "welcome" e-mail and an order confirmation when I joined. However, I haven't received the feature title e-mail and I've never gotten any snail-mail mailing. I joined at the end of December, too.

Most of the time emails are blocked out by spam filters, especially if you have yahoo, aol, hotmail and others. You have to add the email addresses to you address book in order for them not to be blocked.
