There are only two shows I watch willingly on PrimeTime: The Simpsons and The Daily Show which probably isn't prime time. I am in the Mid-West which shows at 10:00. To be honest, The Simpsons is a mercy watch and would not have a problem if Matt called it quits.
Otherwise, most of TV sucks.
My wife watches Medium, ER, and Trading Spouses.

This season (2005-2006), doesn't have a lot of shows that I'm interested in, otherwise it's just these
Sunday
9:00 - Desperate Housewives - only if I remember, though. The second season seems to be a bit of a let down so far, I don't think I've watched a complete episode since November.
Monday
8:30 - How I Met Your Mother
9:00 - Prison Break or Las Vegas
10:00 - Medium - Usually only the first five minutes, and if that fails to grab me, I turn off the TV and do something else
Tuesday
9:00 - Commander In Chief, House, and/or Supernatural - Three great shows all in the same timeslot which makes me change the channel every 5 minutes but I still can watch the entire show.
10:00 - Boston Legal
Wednesday
8:00 - Still Standing
8:30 - Freddie
Thursday
9:00 - Reunion - Up until those corporate bastards over at Fox decided to cancel it and not show the remaining four produced episodes.
Friday
8:30 - Hope & Faith
Saturday
Usually DVD night or Go to the Mall night, otherwise...
11:30 - SNL
Escapay

Having DVR makes TV watching a radically different experience. I can watch more because I can skip commercials and watch shows whenever I have time. Therefore, I'll just list the shows by when they actually come on, not necessarily when I watch them:
Monday
7th Heaven
Tuesday
American Idol
According to Jim
Scrubs (though I think I missed the first one this year... need to add it to the line-up)
Wednesday
One Tree Hill
American Idol
Thursday
The OC
Everwood
That '70s Show
Will & Grace
Friday
Malcolm in the Middle
Reba
Saturday
Saturday Night Live (usually only through "Weekend Update" these days)
Sunday
The Simpsons
Family Guy
(Also as for late night, I have at least Dave, Conan, and Leno... and sometimes the others... record every night, but I keep only the ones with especially interesting guests, like Bob Saget on Letterman tonight. I also tape new episodes of "Suite Life".)

Sunday:
The Simpsons
Family Guy
I'll occasionally watch Cold Case!
Monday:

I'll occasionally watch King of Queens and CSI: Miami!
Tuesday:

Well actually I occasionally watch Navy NCIS. Flawed, but still sometimes enetertaining.
Wednesday
NOTHIN'!
Thursday
CSI: Crime Scene Investigation
Without a Trace
The 2 most AMAZING t.v. show on t.v. currently!
I'll occasionally watch Smallville!
Friday

Saturday
Okay seriously, do they even have real shows on Saturday(with the exception of Saturday Night Live?)
As for Late Night shows, I only watch Jay Leno, because Lettermen isn't funny and Conan is on too late!
