Disney Treasures (book)

Post by Dogtanian »

Good evening,

I've been humming / hawing over this for a while, so I was just wondering if anyone has this and what do you think of it? It looks real nice, but it's pretty pricey (£30!) so I'd like some reviews of the content. Is it worth the money?

One for all, and all for one!

I think it's definitely worth the money, it has lots of great things you can take out of the book etc etc. IMO its the best dinsey book. It really features the great things the studio did during the time Walt was alive. I'd say this is one of the best and most inventive of all disney books. i give it 9 out of 10 points :thumb:

I have the same problem: I think it is really a cool book and a great concept. But paying so much for it keeps me reluctant...
... I still need to think about it

But it from Amazon.co.uk (through Ultimate Disney) and it's £21.

The Disney Treasures [UK] £21
The Disney Treasures [US] $42

Thanks for the replies.

For some reason (I probably typed "Dsiney Traseures") I couldn't see it on Amazon (only place I'd seen it was WHSmith).

£21 sounds a bit more reasonable, so I've ordered it from Amazon UK

I recently received that book as a gift and I adore it. It is one of my most treasured books and it thoroughly entertaining to read and examine.

I would recommend it. The price may be a bit steep, but as long as you don't plan to be in any fires with the book any time soon I would say that it is worth it.
