Okay, I'm making more than one post than usual ( http://www.ultimatedisney.com/forum/vie ... 660#193660 ), lol...

Anyhow...YAY!!!! I'm so excited for this game! There's gonna be so many new stuff and so many new worlds and new characters!!!!!!!!!!

There's a Lion King world! While in the level, Sora is turned into a lion, Donald is turned into a bird (he looks much like Zazu), and Goofy is a turtle.

I read that the North American release date is in 1 March, 2006. People in Europa should see Kingdom Hearts II in stores in the spring, possibly in April or May.

Whre did you read this? There have been a lot of fake release dates around, and I'll only believe this when Square announces it.

I guess I have to get used to it like the Atlantica transformation, but Donald and Goofy just look SOOOO ridiculous for Lion King world, lol!! But This one looks exciting! I'm glad they made Sora a lion cub/adolescent! He looks so cool! He's reminds me of Kovu, but more scarier.

About the release date, didn't they say at KH Ultimania, that this was the release date? I remember reading that information there first.

I like the colors and curves. I did not know that the PlayStation 2 can handle shading so well. Wow. The lighting and shadow effects are nice too.

The new trailer is one of the best. The music that plays is Deep Dive, and we are treated to a bumload of Japanese voice, all of which are great. I never imagined Donald's japanese voice to be so amazingly similar to his english voice. With the exception of speaking in Japanese, his voice sounds EXACTLY the same.

You have a point there Pasta, the flashback would make sense, i can see that moment being put into the game easily, so your idea makes more sense than mine .

Thanks for the link as well, i managed to get he trailer working, but for some reason the sound didn't , so i can't comment on Donalds voice, but i can't understand Japanese anyway so the sound wasn't too much of a problem I'm really looking forward to this now! Can't wait

Well, the background music alone is worth listening to, even if you can't understand Japanese. Since you're having trouble with the audio, there are translations of what everybody said in the trailer on Kingdom Hearts Ultimania. Here's what was said (in order of when it appears in the trailer).

Translations:
- Namine: You're... you're not meant to exist, really.
- DiZ: So you came... the Keyblade's Chosen One.
- BHK: Who are you saying that to? Me? Sora?
- DiZ: What I need is a person who flies within the world of light and destroys the XIII Order.

Since I got a GameCube last console cycle I never played KH until this year--some forty-odd of my favorite gaming hours of all time. I have been hoping the sequel would live up to my expectations...Steamboat Willie, Jack Sparrow, and Tron?!? Wow. Kudos to whoever in the company decided to give Square the go-ahead to create this franchise.

And they'd better set a bona fide US release date soon or my sister is gonna hafta think of something else to get me for Christmas.

Have Glen Keane or any other Disney alumnis design original characters for future KH sequels.

Create a romance subplot between a Disney character and a Square character in KH sequels to come.

WOW!!!!!!!! I've been reading KH2.uk a lot too and I'm so happy with all the news. With so many returning worlds and so many additional worlds, it seems like this game will be really long! yay!! Also the Chicken Little and Stitch summons sound awesome! With Tron and Pirates worlds, it makes me wonder how the CGI animated characters will interact with CGI human characaters. The screenshots are one thing, but seeing them in action should be interesting. Another thing I just thought of...since Sora, Goofy and Donald have new "costumes" for their different worlds, I wonder how it would be if they made Sora more human looking for the human worlds.

Can't wait for March 2006!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
