I assume you mean the Burbank studio? The answer is no, unless you get some sort of special access or are an audience member/extra on a show produced there, then it's not open to the public. Bummer, I know. You can drive by and see some of it from the road, from what I understand.

If you mean California Adventure, then I'm not sure if you can tour that or not... I want to say that they do offer a tour, but wouldn't swear to it. Probably not worth the money, though.
