Post by taryta »

hey,
I just bought this life sized enchanted rose that someone sells on ebay. He custom makes them. Let me just tell you, I got it today and it was beautiful!!!!! Does anyone else out there have one? I want to find the figurine of the beast and the rose.

I looked on ebay and this is what that person is talking about. They're $100 each not counting the $25 S&H. :o

My gf would love one of these though, Beauty & The Beast is her favorite Disney movie and probably overall favorite movie.

Wow, $125 for a BatB rose! :o Well, hey..if you absolutely loved the movie, I don't see why not! ;) (this being typed by a shopaholic.)

Add in the mirror with its effect and I'll buy it. :D

That is extremely cool! I'd love to have one of those around the house, but I'd absoloutely kill for a mirror with the working effects from the movie! :P

You just reminded me of a sound book i used to have when i was little :D, a book on a cardboard back, with buttons down one side of the book, the mirror had the coolest sound effect! I miss that book  , i remember most of the sounds, if not all :P

As for the rose, it's cool but i wouldn't buy it, simply because A) too expensive for what it is and B) where would you put it?

Just wondering though, do you get the ring in the picture free? :P

A nice fake wire rose...$3
Glass case with wooden base...$25
Small glass marbles (to glue at the top)...$1 (for a bag of them)
Glue...$2
Glitter...$1

Knowing you can make it yourself and charge $125....priceless
