:jawdrop: Is that a joke? :P

Seriously I thought Animal Kingdom was the worst Disney theme park! It made California Adventure look awesome! I even liked Knotts Berry Farm and Universal more!

Seriously aside from Dinosaur, Festival of the Lion King and It's Tough to Be a Bug, name one thing there that isn't done MUCH better at a typical zoo!?!

1) I am moving back to Cali in April. :) :) :) :) :) :)
2) My wife was a castmember at Disneyland. (I was a lowly Knotts Berry Farm employee.)
3) I have been there more.

I love Knotts Berry Farm Too!!!!

We had a blast there! It was empty! We could run off rides and run back on all day. Those 2 new coasters are a blast! The Silver Bullet and I can't remember the name of the other one??? It's wicked fast though!!!

And of course Montazumas Revenge!
That coaster scared the crap out of me when I was a kid!!!
Now it seems so tiny???

Remember Berry Tales???

That was a long time ago!!!

Seems pretty 50/50 so far!

I know I will enjoy Disneyworld seems I haven't been there in such a long time and they do have some different attractions!

I get the feeling that alot of you share the same passion for Disneyland as I do! It just has that Vintage feeling! I grew up going to the park every couple of years and it holds a special place in my heart.

Always will.

Sorry.... I just can't compare the world's largest resort to a local theme park.

Disneyland is better than the Magic Kingdom, but my actual favorite Disney park is EPCOT! I just love Future World(although I'm still sad they got rid of Wonders of Life, Kitchen Kabaret, and the original Journey into Imagination), and I love World Showcase's restaurants. So it's got to be WDW for me!

They got rid of Wonders of Life? So Body Wars is gone? When did they get rid of it?

Alan has a curse of repeating conversations!

Alan, the entire Wonders of Life Pavillion is open "seasonally", also the case for Carousel of Progress and The Timekeeper. Which means that it is only open during the most popular times of the year(Christmas time and Summer time of course). So while technically it isn't closed permanently, it is closed for most of the year.

I really don't understand why Disney does this. I mean I understand why they make cheapquels and why they take DVDS OOP and a bunch of other advertising scams that Disney does, but this really doesn't make sense at all. Just leaving a big area of a theme park unopened isn't saving them thatmuch money, and really just makes the guest a bit disappointed. And having to reopen this doesn't really make more guest come to Epcot, so it really seems rather pointless.

Recently, the pavilion disappeared from Epcot park maps, which seems to corroborate what had been coming from CMs that it was closing for good. A lot of people, myself included, see that as the final nail in the coffin for the pavilion, as that's what disappearing from the park map usually indicated. Personally, I'm not too torn up about it, so long as something takes its place.

Heh, I believe it. Still even if it was still doing the "seasonally" thing, they also took down most of the exterior which is a shame because I love all the little themes in all the areas. They even closed all the restaurants and the shops, so it wouldn't be the same anyway. The only thing opened seasonally were the rides.

I'm not too sad about the shows, but I wanted to try out Body Wars, being a huge simulator fan and all. I really don't know what Disney can replace it with, maybe they can keep it, but update it, since it'd be kinda cool to have a body themed land since there is a land for everything else, I just hope they don't leave it empty for 5 years and then give us something lame, like what Disneyland did to America Signs when they replaced it with Innoventions!

Disneyland, no contest I grew up on Disneyland (living in Northern Calfornia, going to Disney meant going to Disneyland). Even with moving to Georgia in 2000 and being much closer to Disney World, this year I chose to fly to California and visit Disneyland Resort.

My biggest problem with Disney World (and I've only been once), was that the place was just so darn spread out, it took forever to get from one park to the next. I like the fact that the two Disneyland parks are right across from each other, you can spend part of the day in one park and spend the other part of the day in the other park. You can't do that really well at Disney World.

Besides, I gotta have my Matterhorn fix!
