Superman IV: The Quest for Peace for some strange reason...

I also watched an episode of Dallas. What's all that about?

Thanks to a recommendation from a good friend, I just watched Ghost World with Thora Birch, Scarlett Johannson, and Steve Buscemi. What a fantastic movie. I had never seen this one, nor had the desire to, when my friend suggested this one to me.

I have one question - why is titles "Ghost World".....I know that it is a comic book title, but it has nothing to do with ghosts.

Attack of the Clones - Great movie. I also have come to the conclusion that many of the love scenes actually aren't that cheesy, and all the actors seem to have fine moments of subtle acting. I mean, me and my friends kept finding all these subtle hints in the characters' expressions that make for a great experience if you notice them. Overall, 8/10.

Revenge of the Sith - I don't think I have anything new to add. This, in my opinion, is the most emotional of the six movies, and the best for me. A fun first hour turns into one of the darkest hours in the Star Wars Saga and ensures to keep you on the edge of your seat! 9/10.

DVD manipulations:
Heathers (with the audio commentary on - very enlightening!)
scenes from The Craft, but not the entire film

I like that movie. That scene where Linda (that's her name right) is saying, "I am never gonna marry a Wedding Singer"... kind of reminded me of that scene in An Officer & a Gentleman where David Keith's character is just dumped on when his girlfriend says, "I wanted to marry a pilot" and he's quite damaged... "something that could have been brought to my attention yesterday!" - works for both situations.

Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith

Yeah it was good but I thought it would be even MORE emotional than what it was. Some of the acting wasn't that great either but still, with its faults it is.... well... excellent. :)

Two for the Road (of course) - It was fun watching Audrey Hepburn not play another "princess role" and play all these other parts (girlfriend, mother, wife, adultress :o! Certainly an interesting story about dating & marriage.

Kate & Leopold - Cute romance! Old fashioned romance, that is! I really hate when romantic movies have an ending because it seems like it's always rushed. :( But I still enjoyed the movie! :)

Darling Lili - A different Julie Andrews role, one that I wasn't used too. Mainly because when I was introduced to Julie Andrews, she was a nanny--both times (SoM and MP). But Rock Hudson...mmm, such a sweet story! Lots of deleted scenes which they should've put in there, so the movie would've made more sense, but oh well. Still a good movie to watch, imo.

Watched The Grudge w/ BF last night. UGH! I could barely watch it I was so scared (and creeped out by that kid- you guys have to remember him from the previews- the one who stands next to the bed and meows). It was entirely too creepy for me. And I still can't believe it was PG-13. The Ring wasn't even that bad!

OOH, I remember my experience! I screamed in the first few minutes of the movie! And then I cried in the end. I was too scared to use the bathroom or even go on the bed. :x stupid kid.

Revenge of the Sith, again, twice. :D Yep, it's that enjoyable. But Batman takes the cake this year thus far. :) I love the whole dialouge between Padme and Anakin before the final battle. I find it to be quite moving.

Watched two good popcorn movies:

The Driver with Ryan O'Neal. Good actioner about a professional driver for bad guys. Kind of an earlier precursor to "The Transporter".

Black Moon Rising with Tommy Lee Jones, Linda Hamilton and Robert Vaughn. Good story about a futuristic car that gets stolen by a professional car theft ring. Tommy Lee Jones is sent after it.

Couple of good movie to watch while taking a break from the "Star Wars Saga".
