If so I have a few questions for you. My wife is going to be going on a business trip to Buenos Aries later this month and I was wandering if any from there knows of any disney DVD's that have not been released in the U.S. that have been released there. And also do you know if it would hard for her to get them through customs if she was to buy any. Any how I was just wandering.

As long as nobody replies to the other one, you should still be able to delete the other thread.

RE: DVDs. Luke doesn't have any listed as exclusive to Argentina, nor could I find anything in a quick search on the net.
Hopefully there is something out there...
I'll use my library skills to keep looking today :D
Here is the website for Disney Latino:

I'm not even sure what television standard Argentina uses, but I would expect it to be PAL or a PAL-varient (such as SECAM). Most of the world uses PAL for television transmission, but can accept PAL or NTSC input.

If so and the discs are PAL, even if you have a multi-region player you may not be able to watch the discs on your television set.
Most of my Blu-ray collection some of my UK discs aren't on their database

Hi!

I am from Brazil, but most of our DVD releases uses the same master of the whole Latin America, including Portuguese and Spanish soundtracks, using the NTSC system. Our television broadcast system is PAL-M, but all of our DVD discs are NTSC and we can watch NTSC R1 discs without conversion, since our TVs come with both systems.
I've just seen the information that Argentina uses the NTSC system at http://www.dvdargentina.com, in the Star Wars review, so I think you will have no problem with those discs. I hope i've helped you.
If you need more information, just tell me. :)

There is none that I know of. What I do know is that there is still a lot more OOP titles left in Argentina than in North America. So if you need any of them, there is good chance you will find it there.
