Being a stay-at-home mommy to a crazy one year old, it gets hard to come here to the forums and check out what everyone says about the new releases and the re-releases.
As I was reading my UD newsletter a little while ago, I checked out the reviews for the Tarzan and ENG re-releases. It was nice to find all the info I needed (mainly of whether or not I should get these again, as I already have the previous CE's of these titles) in a concise review.
Thanks to those of you who put forth your time and effort into writing these reviews. They help me out bunches!
Hello to you all that remember me. I hope you all have a SPOOK-TACULAR Halloween!!!

Escapay that doesn't sound like you like children very much. You worked (?) at Disney World with that attitude? Seems to me that you should set an example for all of us by treating the "trick-or-treater' like you want to be treated.
And you call me immature.
Hope you and James and Mark have a wonderful Helloween.

I try to ignore you and now you always seem to be trailing my posts trying to find a fault in it. Don't you have anything better to do, like watch one of your 2000+ DVDs or criticize someone else?dvdjunkie wrote:Escapay that doesn't sound like you like children very much. Did you NOT see the "(j/k)"??? That's something called an abbreviation. People use it a lot on the internet. It means "Just kidding". "Just Kidding" as in I was not serious. As in you are now attacking me all the time for things I say and you misconstrue humor for straight talk.
I worked at Walt Disney World for seven months. I put up with my share of bratty kids and b!tchy moms. But that's what I signed up for, that's what I expected. It doesn't mean that I don't like children. I enjoy children, they're very refreshing. They've got that unadulterated not-corrupted-yet-by-adults perspective. Nothing is more satisfying than putting a smile on a kid's face when you give him/her that huge-ass Itzakadoozie ice pop and you see their eyes light up and their parents go "WOW look at it!". Itzakadoozie was always the favorite for children, because it was such a fun popsicle to eat. It was like eating a rainbow.
Immaturity is in the eye of the beholder. I consider you immature because in probably half of your posts, rather than offer advice when advice is asked for, you criticize. Rather than try and settle something fairly, you resort to insults (calling me a girl, saying STASHONE is only trying to impress people with his home theater, much more). Rather than be a mature wise poster who has many years of experience at his feet, you decide that because many of us are young, we are ignorant to what you consider true art, what you consider good taste. You post your opinions and thoughts without taking into consideration how it can offend or insult people. You automatically think that your opinion must be the right one, because, after all, you're the old wise man on the board and we're all just teens and 20somethings who don't know what the real world really is like yet.
Besides, veggie chips are good for kids, since obesity in this country is a problem. Veggie chips are a healthly snack and will probably train them to love regular vegetables. And dictionaries are very useful, it will help children with their vocabulary and make them feel grown-up since they'll be able to know words like antidisestablishmentarianism and Floccinaucinihilipilification. And eventually, they'll become so smart that they'll be able to understand this 1,185 chemical term:
ACETYL*SERYL*TYROSYL*SERYL*ISO*LEUCYL*THREONYL*SER YL*PROLYL*SERYL*GLUTAMINYL*PHENYL*ALANYL*VALYL*PHE NYL*ALANYL*LEUCYL*SERYL*SERYL*VALYL*TRYPTOPHYL*ALA NYL*ASPARTYL*PROLYL*ISOLEUCYL*GLUTAMYL*LEUCYL*LEUC YL*ASPARAGINYL*VALYL*CYSTEINYL*THREONYL*SERYL*SERY L*LEUCYL*GLYCYL*ASPARAGINYL*GLUTAMINYL*PHENYL*ALAN YL*GLUTAMINYL*THREONYL*GLUTAMINYL*GLUTAMINYL*ALANY L*ARGINYL*THREONYL*THREONYL*GLUTAMINYL*VALYL*GLUTA MINYL*GLUTAMINYL*PHENYL*ALANYL*SERYL*GLUTAMINYL*VA LYL*TRYPTOPHYL*LYSYL*PROLYL*PHENYL*ALANYL*PROLYL*G LUTAMINYL*SERYL*THREONYL*VALYL*ARGINYL*PHENYL*ALAN YL*PROLYL*GLYCYL*ASPARTYL*VALYL*TYROSYL*LYSYL*VALY L*TYROSYL*ARGINYL*TYROSYL*ASPARAGINYL*ALANYL*VALYL *LEUCYL*ASPARTYL*PROLYL*LEUCYL*ISOLEUCYL*THREONYL* ALANYL*LEUCYL*LEUCYL*GLYCYL*THREONYL*PHENYL*ALANYL *ASPARTYL*THREONYL*ARGINYL*ASPARAGINYL*ARGINYL*ISO LEUCYL*ISOLEUCYL*GLUTAMYL*VALYL*GLUTAMYL*ASPARAGIN YL*GLUTAMINYL*GLUTAMINYL*SERYL*PROLYL*THREONYL*THR EONYL*ALANYL*GLUTAMYL*THREONYL*LEUCYL*ASPARTYL*ALA NYL*THREONYL*ARGINYL*ARGINYL*VALYL*ASPARTYL*ASPART YL*ALANYL*THREONYL*VALYL*ALANYL*ISOLEUCYL*ARGINYL* SERYL*ALANYL*ASPARAGINYL*ISOLEUCYL*ASPARAGINYL*LEU CYL*VALYL*ASPARAGINYL*GLUTAMYL*LEUCYL*VALYL*ARGINY L*GLYCYL*THREONYL*GLYCYL*LEUCYL*TYROSYL*ASPARAGINY L*GLUTAMINYL*ASPARAGINYL*THREONYL*PHENYL*ALANYL*GL UTAMYL*SERYL*METHIONYL*SERYL*GLYCYL*LEUCYL*VALYL*T RYPTOPHYL*THREONYL*SERYL*ALANYL*PROLYL*ALANYL*SERI NE

Escapay, you have reached new lows - even for you - with that response. Do you even read what you post?
How is my responding to your "just kidding" something to set you off. What are you, all of 18, maybe, if you are older, I apologize for that, but you act a lot younger. You have no respect for the opinions or criticisms of others, and you have this firm belief that it is 'your way or no way' and that is no way to go through life.
Just because you can quote scientific terms and spell 'mile-long' words - correctly I might add - doesn't make you any better person than any one else. I was raised to believe that I am no better than anyone else and no one else is better than me. You would do well to understand those beliefs.
I am not a cruel, or rude, person. I am very happy with what I do in life and what I have done the first 65 years of my life. It doesn't make me any better or any worse. I have worked all of my life in jobs that require association with people all the time. I have been a Radio and Television Announcer, I even worked at Disneyland in the Fantasyland Movie Theater as a projectionist. I have been a limousine driver, a tour bus driver, and a restaurant manager. I even was a part owner of a Video store for seven years. I know how to deal with people, and I know what to expect from people like you, who have no respect for those don't think like you.
Contrary to what you may say or think, I never force my beliefs on anyone, and I never comment and degrade anyone for their likes or dislikes. My comments to Stashone were honest and not to be taken as critical of anything he was doing. Techno-geeks are like that. They try to impress everyone else instead of impressing themselves. I was just trying to point that out. I don't understand, and probably never will understand people who spend thousands of dollars on equipment that they know nothing about, because they want to "keep up with the Joneses". If Stashone took my comments the wrong way then let me deal with him in my own way and stay out of it with your 'disrespectful' remarks.
You have a lot of years left to live, and you should learn to be respectful of those around you. Your education does not give you the right to be any older than you really are. Act your age, and you will get along a whole lot better.
Get a job, and learn to socialize with others who like those things you do, and don't try to be something you are not.
I apologize for the rant............but you have a tendency to do that to people. Think about it.
