Some new Forum Ideas

I was think Of having some new forum ideas.

The Music Forum- In tgis thread you can talk about anything about music.... u can say what music you play or what you like to listen to.

The Sport Fourm- In This Thread you can talk about what sports u pl;ay and what re your favorite sports etc.

The TV/Movie Forum- Talk about films and actors and stuff and they can be disney.

The Welcome Forum- New Members orpeople who have questions can come here

So what do you guys think??

I like the Idea of seperate Movie/TV Forums, but I dont know how popular the other ideas would be.

I actually think talking about Disney movies in General Disscussion and talking about non-Disney movies in the Off-Topic works fine.

I actually think talking about Disney movies in General Disscussion and talking about non-Disney movies in the Off-Topic works fine.

I second this. Don't fix what isn't broken.

I think we have very capable threads which already cover 3 of those 4 areas you mentioned, and they are hardly visted enough to merit another forum entirely. The only discussion we're missing is one about sports, and you are more than welcome to create such a thread yourself.

Also, I think than this areas would be a momentaneum hit, and after some weeks or months, they would take more bandwith than the one they deserve

Agreed.

Most of what you suggest can be covered in perfectly viable thread topics in off-topic...which is just what it sounds like...a place to discuss non-Disney things like musical tastes, favorite TV shows, sporting events, etc.

I think what works so well here is that we are not spread out amongst 10 different sub-forums and the like. Even though this is a growing "community", it still feels very small and I feel that adding more and more subforums might dillute that sense a bit.

Just my $.02, but I know Luke does appreciate the suggestions on how we can continue to make UD such a great place!
