is there any way to get the song A Dream is a Wish Your Heat Makes by the disney channel circle of stars??

Other than getting it off some MP3 downloading program (Kazaa etc. etc.), I think you'll have to wait for the next Disneymania CD, where they always place the Circle of Stars songs, or on the new Cinderella: Special Edition soundtrack.

I remember seeing the Jessica Simpson/Nick Lachey 'A Whole New World' and Clay Aiken 'Proud of Your Boy' songs on the Aladdin: Special Edition soundtrack, back when it was released.
