The answer my friend gave me after I asked him if he watched the 2nd disc of Sleeping Beauty. Damn casual buyers!

For the awesome music video! DUH!

Why else would they have a second disc?

If it weren't for that, I don't think I could have gotten the DVD...

You know, after doing a quick search on Amazon, I discovered the sad fact that all of the Platinum vhs tapes, as well as Sleeping Beauty's, contain no other extra than the re-recorded songs by today's, you know, hip new contemporary artists.

If that's the only thing Disney's seeing fit to cram down poor unsuspecting kids' throats, well - I feel very sorry for the next generation that's been raised on that tripe. Oy, vay...

Gone are the days of videos like the Bambi Masterpiece Edition, which featured a pretty cool making-of featurette after the film. Sure, it was after the film, but they at least mentioned it at the start of the tape. :)
Life often leaves us standing bare, naked and dejected with a lost opportunity. Over the bleached bones and jumbled residues of numerous civilizations are written the pathetic words: "Too late."
