I don't believe in aliens. Physics is what I believe in.

Ok, What does Physics have to do with believing in Aliens or Ghosts or anything else. You don't make sense half the time Alan

It's awfully arrogant of mankind to think that out of all the galaxies, all the stars, all the planets...that we're the only one to have life on it. You don't need religion to realize that.

wow, do you have any proof that aliens exist? Have you ever seen aliens before and said hi to them? There may or may not be other life forms on other galaxies. Humans have no fricken clue whether they do.

So what you're saying is you'd rather have proof of life before you believe in it? Okay, why don't you dig up the bones to Adam and Eve? Or what about finding the Ark of the Covenant. How about flying over to the Middle East and dig around for Noah's Ark? I'm a Roman Catholic, and I believe these things to be true without any proof. It's called faith. Some naysayers call it blind faith, and I could care less. I believe that there is tangible evidence that will support the stories in Christian faith, but I don't need to see it to believe it.

But faith has nothing to do with aliens in other galaxies. No, I've never seen aliens or said hi to them. Though if they do stop by, I'll tell them to stop by Massachusetts on their way out and say hello to you. I'm just saying that there is always the POSSIBILITY of other life in the universe, and it's really very selfish/arrogant of people to say "No, we're the only life in the universe!" Why would God, who loves us dearly, want us to be alone in this universe? Why would he create such a vast and endless universe, only to have this one tiny little blip on the monitor be the only place with life? Were the other planets simply experiments? Were they past civilizations that have since gone extinct? We may never know in this lifetime, but I'm not going to let my religion keep me from believing that there is life beyond Earth.

And of course, my reply will be ignored by a certain someone because every time I try and talk some sense to the certain someone, it goes over their head and they decide instead to post against me in a one-line angry tone that will most likely have the word "WHATEVER" thrown in there for good measure. So I'll save the certain someone the time and post the response right now:

WHATEVER! I still don't believe in aliens or ghosts and I have faith too!

:P

Geez, can't find a wiseass way answer my reply so you revert back to the original topic. Well, I'll humor you.

Yes, I believe ghosts exist at Disneyland.

And this is it for me in this nutty thread!

Alan millions of people around the world claim to see Aliens every year, Even former President Jimmy Carter claims to have had an extra-terestrial experience. There are also many things that cant be explained how they happened, like the Pyramids, and Stone Henge. Also like Escapay said in an earlier post there are thousands maybe Millions of Planets besides the ones we know about in the Milky Way Galaxy, which they think they found another one in, aand they have found planets in other galaxies too. And I think the chances of some of them having life is very possible. I bet there are races more advanced and races less advanced than ours. Remember the Earth is not that old of a Planet.

But what about the sphinx?

It´s prooved that it show evidence of being...how do you say...when a rock is damaged by a wet weather.

When that desert had rains it was way long before the human kind even existed.

The tower of terror (The Hollywood Tower Hotel), IIRC, isn't based on anything in real life. But the ghost story they made for it (and TV movie) was pretty cool. Don't know if there are any reported spirits there yet, though as I said before, there is a confirmed spirit at Pirates of the Caribbean at Walt Disney World, and stories of spirits at Haunted Mansion and the Monorail.
