To all that come to this happy place: welcome. Disneyland is your land. Here age relives fond memories of the past, and here youth may savor the challenge and promise of the future. Disneyland is dedicated to the ideals, the dreams, and the hard facts that have created America. -Walt Disney.

Hi
Here is my current Desktop Theme:

It is a collage of photos of Doris Day/Rock Hudson that my friend Nicole Andersen made.

Woohoo! Some of those Nick titles I don't know too well though. I can't identify the exact title of some like All Grown Up... I just know it's All Grown Up and not what the volume is called.SofaKing381222 wrote:wow!!! orestes., you got every one right!!! Congrats!! that's Awesome!! You really know your DVDs!

The only one I didn't actually get until thinking about what it could be for a few minutes was The Interpreter. I didn't know what the cover looked like but I recognized Nicole Kidman so I guessed.

C'mon, guys. Keep it to one thread, 'kay?
Anyhoo, my current desktop -

- I nicked it from this site (check out the big pic here, and the original photographer's site here!); I liked the deep purpleness of it, but I also liked that it's an ambiguous picture. It is a sunrise, which is symbolic of a new beginning - a turning point. It looks kinda like a sunset, though - representating the close of a period. Sort of appropriate for back-to-school season!

Life often leaves us standing bare, naked and dejected with a lost opportunity. Over the bleached bones and jumbled residues of numerous civilizations are written the pathetic words: "Too late."
