It's definitely NOT 109 mins and never has been!!!
Hi there!
I worked on Valiant in the UK and I can catagorically confirm that the movie was always 75ish minutes and no longer - the 109 running length must have been a mistake copied a heckuva lot of times!!!
As you guessed, there is no way on that budget that we'd have made 30 minutes to throw away!!
Hope this helps : )

Well, I don't think you can get any more official than that! Thanks for confirming my suspicions and eliminating any dire need for Netty to pick up alternate cuts of the film.rugbytiger wrote:Hi there!

Any stories on Valiant you can share? I know I'd be interested to hear anything about its production, since over here, there's been very little of substance on the film. Disney seems more interested in pushing the Shrek angle and hoping that Chicken Little succeeds and Pixar stays there for them.
Oh yeah, and welcome to the forum!

No doubt that must have occured while transmitting ip over avian carriers on the Internet.deathie mouse wrote:Maybe at some time the time was posted as 1:16 (One hour and 16 minutes) and it slowly and strangely mutated to 109 minutes through multiple hearsay, copying and pidgeon messageing![]()

Yea, that is weird how they made a cover for it! But I guess "CGI" is really popular, they decided this would go straight to DVD Asap! Yea, magicalwands, Valiant was released August 19, 2005.magicalwands wrote:That was really fast. Wasn't it released in theatres a little more than a month ago?
But an interesting cover, nonetheless. Let's wait for features!
