Classic Disney Shorts on abc1

Well after a year on the air abc1 appears to be diversifying from wall to wall sitcoms. abc1 have started showing classic Disney shorts every day at 9:20, today was "Pluto's Suprise Package". I'm so happy and hopefully this will mean more variation in what they show.

Is this the abc we get on freeview? :?
I know i dont have abc on sky, but i remember seeing it on freeview before, if it is the one then i'll be watching tomorrow morning :D

If only the Disney Channel would actually air something worth watching. :roll:

Yes it is the abc on freeview, although it is now on cable too.

I really wish the UK abc was more like abc in the States. I'm sick of that endless loop of Home Improvement, Ellen, mad About You, Empty Nest etc. Not that they're bad shows It's just the broadcast the same episode 3 times a day and then after they've finished a season they go back to the beginning and you ususually have to go through one season about 3 times before they start the next one.

That's why I was so surprised to see a Disney cartoon. I think they must have only been doing it since Monday, as they certainly weren't doing it last week.

It does seem a bit odd though. All though Disney/Touchstone sitcoms all day long and then right in the middle of it, 1 Disney cartoon! :?

Not that I'm complaining though! ;)
