Silly question about Disney Toys....

Ok, I want to know something.

I can't order online (parent rule) and I can't seem to find a store with any Disney related toys.
I'm mostly interested into buying a Randall toy (and maybe later on some Nightmare b4 Christmas stuff).
I know they're on eBay and online and stuff, but I was wondering where I might be able to find one.
I don't have a special "disney" store, and the nearest Hot Topic (I know they sell Nb4C stuff) is an hour and so away and the major toy stores (only Toys R Us here) doesn't carry him.

Any suggestions BESIDES online shopping?
