Snow White CD Soundtracks

Can anyone tell me if there is a difference between these two snow white soundtracks? Is it just the cover or is there a quality difference?

The one was only the soundtrack of the film and the other was made for the timeing of the DVD and had extra tracks that did not make it into the film.

Ok. So the difference isn't a matter of audio quality?
