Ugh. Disney Channel movies are filth that shouldn't even be ever allowed to air.

Lazario- are you a guy or a girl? Sorry, just wondering, since you're apparently gay.
Anyway, what's everyone's favourite Halloween movies, cartoons or Episodes? I really enjoy Hocus Pocus, Mickey's House of Villains, and the CatDogula episode of Catog, every year. I love it! And Australia doesn't even celebrate Halloween! I still get out the old tapes of them and watch them. Who here ges trick-or-treating? I don't, since no one has any candy and no one cares about it in Australia. Hell, my family doesn't even have candy to give away.

Guy, note the o in Lazario, which is a male form of ending my name spelling.

Thanks for the trailer link. There's another cut scene at the beginning of the trailer where the witches are handing out candy it looks like. I really am itching now for a special edition of this movie with those deleted scenes. The movie was released in 1993 so there's no major anniversary though to go along with the movie until the 15th anniversary in 2008. Hopefully we'll get it sooner!

You can probably count on it! 2007 is the 14th anniversary, which is close enough to 15 for Disney.

BUMP! Just thought about this recently. How about a 20th anniversary release in 2013? :(

Personally, this is one of my favorite films of all-time, and I would love a deluxe edition! I can't let Halloween go by without watching it at least once, but it's good anytime of the year (well, I wouldn't watch it at Christmas...). I usually watch this one as the last film of Halloween night, so that as dawn comes in the end, the real dawn is coming outside our windows. However, sometimes I just put it on in the early evening.

I have this DVD and we watch it every year around Halloween, but I agree with everyone that it is just a basic, no frills DVD release. It is in the original aspect ratio, which is good, but that's about it.

I'm sure there's a lot they could do to enhance the release, but I don't know if the movie was successful enough for the studio to justify it. If you're interested in it, you should just buy it now instead of wait. I think I got our copy for 6.99 at Fred Meyer, so it won't break the bank even if they do release a new one later.

Semi-off-topic, but I love this movie. I bought the DVD when I found it at Best Buy for $9.99, but I've seen it there for $5!
