A Midsummer's Night Dream
I was going through my old books and I came across A Midsummer Night's Dream. Imagine if it's made into a 2D musical...although the plot is kind of complicated, with all the fairies, magic, lovers and people's heads turning into a donkey's head. I think it would be great...if it's done right.
I read A Midsummer Night's Dream last year for school and don't think very highly of it. I think the idea of a guy's head turning into a donkey's head is pretty silly.
Plus, almost the whole book takes place in one night. It's really just about four lovers running around in the woods.

well, if you like Shakespeare is an excelent idea, but if we compared it to the recent Disney movies to general people would be kind of dumb, because even is a entretaining story is not quite atractive to general audiences.
By the way, when "House of Mouse" was on air, they make a based short story, where Mickey,Minnei, Donald and Daisy were the two couples, and Goofy was the fairy that mix up all
but there´s no donkey-head stuff

personally a better idea may be Romeo and Juliet. even though it's almost as if every production company in the world has done it, i would imagine if disney were to take it and make it into a 2D musical it'd be amazing! i mean, maybe disney-ize some of the material, like they always do. they'd prolly make one of juliets cousins the huge evil guy and he'd probably be the one that'd deal with the poison, and of course they both really couldn't die.... maybe it wouldn't be such a great idea, lol

It was originally a script, so that it could be done as a play. It also has roots in greek history/legends. Apparently Shakespeare's pieces still having meaning today, love, betrayal, guilt and conscience.Miss Jo wrote:I read A Midsummer Night's Dream last year for school and don't think very highly of it. The book version maybe a lot different to the original, the language used would seem quite alien.
